 + -1 moreMy experience with computer concepts was, unfortunately, terrible. After a house fire at my home, I took my computer to computer concepts to recover the data (personal photos and videos) off the hard drive. They were able to recover the data and agreed to keep the data safe until I purchased a new device. However, they erroneously discarded the data and could not recover it. I lost all my photos and video as a result of their error. I received conflicting explanations regarding what happened that resulted in the loss my data. I attempted to reach a solution to compensate me for this loss, but computer concepts did not follow through. Just an awful experience that I hope no other consumer has to experience.
