+ -1 moreGreat! Chris gave me a quote for $1950 to remove all the accessible galvinized piping in our basement and replace it with PEX. When he came, I asked for a few minor additions (removing a bit of extra gas-line, adding a garden spigot, and stubbing out lines for a future sink) which he agreed to do for a small fee. When I recieved the invoice, it came out almost $200 less than his quote. The work seems well done, and he did a great job minimizing pipes on the side of the basement I intend to finish. And our water pressure is much better now. Definitely would use Chris for future jobs.

+ -1 moreChris arrived promptly to do the estimate which was lower than two others we received. He provided an estimate in writing soon after his initial visit. He and his assistant came out to do the work at the time they said they would. They were done with the entire project within the 3-4 hour time frame they had anticipated. The only thing I would criticize is that they did not really clean up well after the work Overall, the work was done well, on time and at a fair price. Chris is very business like and focuses on getting the work done vs. a lot of talking or socializing. This was fine with us and we respect that he was so focused. We would recommend them wholeheartedly.
Description of Work: Chris and Company moved our washer and dryer from first floor to basement, hooked up, etc.

+ 0 moreArrived on time, and replaced the two items noted above. The work was completed in about an hour and a half.
Description of Work: Replaced the water heater and the laundry tub faucet. When I called him, I told him I needed my garbage disposer replaced, as well. He brought the replacement garbage disposer in, and I told him I had tried using the provided tool to turn the disposer (it turned easily). I also told him I pressed the reset button with no effect. I told him I had then flipped the breaker on the circuit, after which the disposer produced a grumble but didn't do anything else. Chris then plugged the disposer into the outlet used for the dishwasher - at which point it worked. Chris then told me the problem was not with the disposer, but with the outlet or the switch. He made no charge for this very valuable advice. Thanks, Chris!

When friends purchase a home near here, his is one of the first numbers I make sure they have on hand for their new home.
Description of Work: Chris and Paul were both involved in several projects with our home since we purchased it in 2012. The most recent work involved a leak in our bathroom from our tub, he also updated our bathroom drain and did some caulking. Chris has also helped with putting a new outdoor faucet in, and a full kitchen plumbing last year.

+ -1 moreChris does a great job. Very friendly and professional. He's worked on two projects for me, in each case it was done to completion and he cleaned up after himself. The only issue I have is that he is very (recently impossible) to get ahold of. Since the initial projects a couple years ago, I've contacted Chris by phone and email on multiple occasions for new projects and never heard back. Very frustrating. My advice is that if you can get ahold of Chris, hire him.
Description of Work: Chris replaced a couple shower valves and helped me figure out the cause of a very pesky issue where hot water was coming out of both lines.
