 + -1 moreWhile talking to the salesperson I asked what the delivery charge would be to send flowers to Florida ( the website delivery charge was $5.00 for local delivery ). She replied,"Well. . . if you're so interested in the delivery fee, I'll just connect you to a local florest in Florida." I explained that I was trying to compare prices. "There's no way you can compare prices!" she snapped, and put me on hold. I waited a few moments, then hung up. I refuse to do business with people who are abrupt and rude. I then contacted Flowers.com and placed my order. I had to pay about $7.00 more for their services, but it certainly was worth it.
Description of Work: Viewed the floral selections online. Quite nice, large quantity, reasonable prices. Selected the one I liked and phoned the company to place an order.

 + -1 moreThe website was really easy to use, had a lot of arrangements on it. The person on the phone was nice, took my order quickly. The flowers were delivered on time and my wife loved them. They still looked/smelled nice a week later.
Description of Work: Was looking to order some flowers for an anniversary gift. Browsed their website and quickly found a couple floral arrangements I liked. Called in and the person on the phone was pleasant; she took my order, the flowers were delivered the same day.
