The computer was dropped off for a tune up on a Thursday at noon with the store representative saying it will probably be done tomorrow morning for $60-90. Everyday there was a new excuse about what the delay was. We got the computer back 8 days later for $110 of labor charges and $50 of software upgrades. He attempted to sell us extra RAM despite the laptop already having 1 GB (which he initially said was plenty). When the computer was returned it had been stripped of all of our software and settings. It took hours of reloading programs and settings to get the computer functioning again despite being told that they had restored most programs and data. We spent hours reloading iTunes, Norton, Firefox, etc. and finding lost login names and passwords which we had not collected because we did not anticipate the operating system being reloaded. Overall we feel the service was frustrating and incompetent.
