Description of Work: Since this birthday bouquet was delivered to the recipient, I never actually saw it other than the lovely photo displayed on Buffo's website. It did arrive on time as directed, and I was told it was beautiful.

Description of Work: The online order gave three prices for every arrangement. I called on the phone and asked the difference. She explained very clearly the arrangements were all the same size, in the same vase, but the more expensive ones had more stems. The arrangement we got was beautiful, and it still looked great a week later.

Description of Work: Ordered a floral arrangement and toffee bites for delivery to a downtown Madison office as a gift. The flowers were beautiful and they arrived on time. The driver forgot the toffee bites, but realized it within the hour and came back with an extra bag to make up for the error. Nice recovery from the mistake!
