+ -1 moreWhen I emailed the owner of the company, Jeff Bollig, he said that the workers would take care of the problem. Nothing happened. I emailed asking what was going on, and I was told that I could get it painted to match, which they would do for additional money. Since the job was quite expensive already, I didn't want to pay more. I asked why he wasn't standing by the foreman's word. He said that I had not been told what I HAD been told. At that point, I gave it up as a bad job and paid. It doesn't match. I will need to paint it to match myself or get it done by someone else. It was unpleasant when the owner, who never came over or dealt with me personally in any way, said that I was told something that I wasn't told. Beware of the foreman who will promise anything but doesn't have any intention of following through with what he said.
Description of Work: This company was recommended by my excellent carpenter. When I called them, the owner sent over a foreman who looked at the job. He was very friendly and seemed decent. He promised me that the new stucco would match the old and took a piece of the broken stucco to match. He asked if I wanted it painted, and I said no. At this point he could have mentioned that in order to match, it would need to be painted, but he didn't. The scheduling went ok and a worker came and did the work. He did a good job, but the color wasn't very close at all.
