I'm only giving this a 1 because I can't give it a 0. Their customer service is incredibly polite and very nice to speak with, however their follow up and actions are absolutely despicable. I was forced to pay almost $200 for delivery and installation because they would not allow me to pick it up, even though I live within 15 miles of the store. They also damaged my bed and drywall upon installation. They refuse to fix either. I was told a tech would be sent out to look at the damage, I took a day off work because they cannot schedule a time, just a day (another frustrating point) and the tech was cancelled without my notification. I sent pics with proof of damage and I was told it's not covered under warranty and there's nothing they can do. 10/10 would NOT recommend Bobs to anybody. Oh and if you go to the Madison, Wi location, don't speak to Jim, the manager. Very confrontational, rude, and disrespectful to guests.
