We were talked into buying one of their warehouse deals , which means you lose all rights to return the unit. Well their delivery drivers damaged the freezer drawer in transport. Luckily I did buy the warranty so we're covered right? Well, yes and no. Their warranty company, Diamond, has yet to fix our freezer drawer as of 7/5/18 and we bought the unit on April 24th. We've contacted both a number of times. Honestly, this kind of post purchase service is awful. I would just own up to the lemon and offer a credit towards another purchase. Instead, we will never be going back to this store knowing how they stand behind their sales, and I will make sure to let all who will listen know this as well.

Assistance in selecting the chair was very good and without pressure. The reason I gave a B for professionalism: When we were finalizing the transaction (payment, contact info and etc.), the salesman interrupted the process to provide assistance to another small group of browsers. A brief moment to answer a quick question or two would have fine, but he took about 10 minutes. In his position, I would have finished "ringing up the sale" for buyers who have already purchased. Perhaps he could have directed another associate to help them or asked them to wait a bit.

Prior to 11/15/2011 there had been a first time repair man to come and apply stain to the already scratches to my table and chairs shortly after delivery. So on the second visit on 11/15/2011 I wanted someone to fix the unevenness on the bottom of 5 chair legs which I did not notice right away. He said " it could not be done". I know they can because I have been working with wood for a long time and he would of just needed a sander with maybe 60 grit and would of taken 30 minutes at most. I do not have a sander so why should I have done it anyway. On 4/10/2012 I called up Ashley to ask if someone could come out and sand the bottoms and they said it was over a year and they would not help me. This problem has been there ever since I noticed early on. The reason I noticed the problem is because I put those felt bottoms on to protect the floor after the first repair man came over. Now I have to sand them in order to re-apply the felt protectors which are 3/4 off the bottoms!!!! So anyone out there``````` DO NOT buy from Ashley if you can do repairs on your own or you feel ok with unsuccessful help.
