Description of Work: Jay came over on Tuesday, 10/22/13 to look at my broken dishwasher. He spent a total of 2 minutes asking me questions, then proceeded to tell me it was going to cost @ $300, without even looking into my dishwasher. He told me he could have the part tomorrow (today), made the appointment, and never showed. Several unanswered phone calls later, he calls to tell me he was running a little late. 1 1/2 hours late! Then of course, I look him up on Angies List and Wisc Courts and told him to forget it!

Description of Work: Replaced a valve on a refrigerator that is required for the "water on the door" to work.

Description of Work: Repair microwave that had overheated and stopped. Reset thermal breaker. Replaced turntable motor and rotating ring assembly.
