I had a wonderful experience with Applewood Storage. Dave was very kind, has a wonderful sense of humor and made me feel welcomed to my the city of Madison. Dave runs a top notch operation. The facility is clean and safe and was easily accessible from my apartment and my job.

I had an amazing experience at Applewood Storage! Very comfortable to get in and out, also Dave the owner is an amazing person. I really felt like I was doing business with family and I was being treated as family also, he is a very pleasant guy to trust with your belongings. I honestly recommend Applewood Storage to anyone looking for one! I ended up moving out of WI but if Im ever in need of a storage for sure I will contact Dave again.

We had a very good experience with AppleWood Self Storage, LLC. Dave was open, helpful and fair in all of his communications with us. He helped us determine the size of the unit we would need to store all of our stuff, without any self-interest. Access was straightforward and easy, but clearly secure (locks, cameras, regular monitoring, etc). When we came back to collect our stuff, it was in great shape. Our circumstances made it difficult to provide proper notice, but Dave was understanding and we were satisfied with the outcome. Our security deposit was returned right away. We would highly recommend the business.

The experience was very positive. The storage units were clean and dry. We used the facility for over six months. The owner was extremely helpful and flexible. I would highly recommend Applewood.

Prior to signing the lease agreement we met with Dave to review the availability of units and the size and type of unit which would serve our needs. Dave was very helpful in reviewing the options and assisting us in selecting a unit to fit our needs. His recommendation was spot on - as we finished moving items into the unit, the unit was filled front to back and side to side. The unit we leased is relatively new. It was very clean with no evidence of moisture, insects, or rodents. All went well during the 3 months we leased the unit AppleWood returned our security deposit within a few days after the lease ended Overall, leasing the storage unit from AppleWood was a very positive experience. Should the need arise, we would do it again. And we recommend AppleWood to anyone in need of this service

Wonderful service and facilities!! HIGHLY recommend!! Dave, the owner, is very prompt and courteous with any inquiries and the facilities are well kept, well lit, and safe. Very pleased! What really impressed me was when we were moving out in the middle of frozen cold January and our outdoor storage door was STUCK closed from ice. The movers were there on a Saturday morning--and no one could get door open. I called Dave, the owner, at 8 a.m. on Saturday and he not only answered- but he drove out to the storage facilities to meet the movers and get the door opened in sub-zero temps. Applewood has both climate controlled indoor storage and outdoor. Dave really works with you to help you best meet your storage needs. Upon move-out of the storage--we also got our month deposit back within 2 days! Very professional--highly recommend!!
