 + -1 moreThey just have a bunch of equipment in a room. They will set up a program if we want a personal trainer. Otherwise they will help us with the machines the first time we go there. So, it is pretty much self-designed. They are open 24 hours. I think that I get a lot for the money.

 + 0 moreI go at lunch time. It's great. They just did a remodel. They have got lots of good equipment and space. It's clean and I can go at anytime. I really like the studio. The price is very good and competitive.

 + -1 moreI went very well ending in a 2 year plan after the free 30 days, what won me over was the option to end at anytime and not pay a penalty or membership exit fee but u do have to buy the electronic key fob for security access, it is a very good security system and everything at the entrances is also videoed so you feel safe even when it's 2 am and empty!
Description of Work: My spouse and i needed a gym close and affordable and tried a free month trial with anytime fitness, we met with the manager and he gave us a leisurly tour showing us every type of machinery and actually telling us what they are and how they work and actually showing us how to work them all ,then we sat and discussed what we were looking for and what they offer and then plan options. I use the Sun prairie location and since opening a few years ago everything has been completely updated and improved with the new onwer and staff. If you want a gym with good hygiene habits, a great variety of top of the line new equiptment and friendly staff this is a great spot. Plus all machines have the interactive trainer systems and individual tv so no watching stuff u don't want, just use ear buds and do your thing. I wanted a good gym without spending alot and not pay for things i won't use like pools and raquetball stuff. They also have a new room for doing video style sessions that is private but can accomidate up to four people for stepps and cardio style stuff. The managers both have trainer degrees and good nutriction education! We like it alot over the other gyms on madison's far east side for $35 a month per person.

 + -1 moreThe assessment is great. However, they will try and sell you sessions for a personal trainer which are quite expensive. We have been members of the gym since January and love it. Lots of equipment to target various workouts and TVs at each machine with cable access. There is also an IPOD dock at each machine and a headphone jack. I would recommend them.

 + -1 moreThe location is convenient, and the cost is very good. Everybody is very friendly. I know what I want to do, and they have more or less all the equipment that I need. It is usually pretty quiet at lunchtime, and it is not overly busy. I would continue to use them in the future; in fact, I will be going back there in about an hour.
