He was quick, cleaned up really well, worked around furnishings, worked well with other contractors, and was very reliable and pleasant to work with. We have an old house with plaster walls we love. He knew how to make repairs look seamless.
Description of Work: Patched many holes in plaster left after electrical work; replastered a bedroom ceiling; repaired plaster wall.

+ -1 moreWe own an older house (1920), with an upstairs bathroom/shower having a sharply curved plaster wall. Over the years, the curved wall developed several foot long cracks. Kevin was prompt in coming to inspect the job and quickly offered a well-reasoned, well-priced estimate for the repair. Because we were preparing to sell the house, we needed the work done ASAP. He agreed to fit us in over the weekend doing the rough plastering on Saturday and the finish coat on Sunday. He was impressively polite, answering all my questions with great detail. He was punctual and worked quickly and cleanly. The repair went very smoothly. After the job, and despite working over the weekend, the final invoice was actually lower than his original quote. I will remember Kevin as the best part of selling my house. I can not recommend him enough. Wonderful work! Great price!
