Joe came right out to inspect our roof and give a quote for new shingles. He explained all the options and was very helpful. The quote was very fair in my opinion. He put us on the schedule for 4 weeks or so out. Within two weeks, there was an opening and he and his crew were here and did a great job. Very good cleanup. would use them again for sure!

One small section of our roof is flat/rubber (the rest is traditional shingles.) Just before Thanksgiving we noticed a leak through the ceiling below it. With winter coming, it was important to have the replacement done as soon as possible due to temperature requirements for installing this type of roof. Between the holiday and busy schedules, I had a hard time getting someone to come out and take a look. Joe was able to come, and even managed to fit us in after another cancellation to get the work done ahead of schedule (thankfully, being a small job, it was only a one day affair.) Because of the rush situation I didn't have any chance of getting competing bids, but the price seems to be in line with what various online resources suggested, so I'm giving it an A because it was certainly worth it to us to have the job finished so quickly.

Joe T. was the expeditor and was professional, easy to work with and followed-up as promise. Installers were very competent, pleasant, friendly and worked the entire time. Prompt. We had roof issues at my father's house and called All-State right away. Again, of three businesses, All-State was the best. Joe was the only person who walked the roof AND attic as requested. Their bid was the lowest. Repairs were superb and cost was the same as estimated. Would absolutely recommend and use them again and again.

Everything went excellent. They did a great job. I had no concerns or anything negative to say. The workers were very professional, they did a good job and they were quick.

I asked All State Roofing to provide photos of their work in documentation to me incase needed for my insurance company. They documented everything thoroughly and did a very excellent job with that as well. They needed to get this rubber roof done before it got too cold in the Midwest for the rubber roof materials and sealant. They needed to be on time to this roofing job be able to get this roof done in warm, dry weather. Their work was done in a timely manner and weather appropriate for this special roofing situation. This residential flat roof needed a lot of work. All State Roofing did very well and went above and beyond. However, the real test of their work will be the winter weather and seasonal changes 2014 into 2015. At this point in time, it looks like this home and roof are much better off beating the elements of Wisconsin's Winter and the Midwest Seasonal changes with All State Roofing's roof maintenance work done in September 2014.

It doesn't look perfect, but the job was done for an affordable price and it doesn't leak.

It went well. I had contracted with another contractor but they stood me up for several months. (I think they had contracted for a very low price they couldn't meet on the job, so they avoided me afterwards.) All State did the job quickly before winter arrived. They took away the old skylight and shingles, etc. The skylight did well during the winter and the wet days of Spring (no leaks!). Just recently, I opened it up for the first time and it went AOK. The people at All State were friendly and professional. I'd use them again.

I did many research based on the size of roof and sort of work I expected that needed to be done and I found that his price was pretty reasonable in comparison to what I expected and saw them even on the lower side. The gentleman who came out was very attentive to details of the basic aspects of the roof. Reviewing point where he fell little short of what I expected was that, there was a known damage on the alignment actually it was the plywood and he didn't take a piece in the rafters but he just took it off from above. From what I read was that it was not necessarily sufficient in the case of known heavy water damage to the plywood. It was complete roof inspection but it was just that one component where I could have used suggestion as to whether there was more damage or something on an outline and I did not get that at that time. Apart from that one item he seemed to be very knowledgeable and seemed to know what to work for right away. I didn't have some kind of eye as far as couple of things and he pointed out all of those things and pointed out number of additional pieces within minutes of being on top of the roof. So he definitely knew what he was looking for and what it would take to repair it. He was punctual and was there right on schedule.

We got exactly what we were hoping for. The roof is great. The workers were clean, timely and professional. We have an extremely steep roof and they had no problem. Would recommend those guys to anyone.

The team was very responsive, especially during a heavy rain on a Saturday when things went bad. The project forman was there in the rain retarping and making sure the storm was held at bay and all leaking stopped. Joe made sure everything throughout the process was done to his satisfaction and ours. Good job!

They did an excellent job. They did everything in a timely manner. They made changes that improved the roof. I had it done two years earlier and it leaked, it was not leaking in the first place, it was old though, so I had them replaced and that leaked. They came in and redid it and it doesn't leak any more. They were competent and professional. I would use them again in the future.
