Punctual and professional as always. We liked the plumber who came to give us a free estimate - His advise was very useful and helped us identify solutions. The same plumber came to do the work when we were ready a few months later. We really threw a lot at him in one day and he did a great job. We had not planned on replacing the kitchen faucet but asked him about the leak while he was there - so ended up doing that too. They installed a furnace for us 4 years ago and are happy with that service also.

They were younger guys and not so serious about what they were doing, it seemed. They were goofing around a little bit. The work turned out fine.

Installation was prompt and professional.

I thought everything went well until I just so happened to have another electrician coming the same day to quote some other work I needed done. When the second electrician went down in the basement and saw the work that had just been done by All Comfort that morning, he said it wasn't to code. The outlet that was installed was not a GFI outlet, and according to code, all outlets in an unfinished basement should be GFI outlets (except for the sump pump outlet). I was pretty frustrated because my expectation is that the All Comfort employee should be the expert on the electrical code and I should be able to trust their work. I talked to the Electrical Manager and he got someone out the next day to fix it, but it was not ideal that i had to stay home for yet another appointment. I will not likely be using them for future electrical work that i need done as I am not sure I can trust their adherence to the electrical code.

I am a big fan of all comfort services for plumbing and HVAC. They have done inspections on our furnace and AC and the tech was friendly and happy to tell me what he was doing and what he found. For plumbing, I had them come out to diagnose a few issues and make recommendations. We got Rob for our tech and he was great to work with. We paid the service call fee and got good advice to get a new water heater and water softener at the same time, as well as have a drain cleaning service come out for another issue. They had the water heater and softener put in within a few hours and re-plumbed so that all the cold water in the house was softened. The systems they installed are good quality and I look forward to 20 years or so of problem-free service! I would recommend these guys for any of the services they provide.

Very good response and follow up beforehand to get the service set up. The electrician was great, friendly and did a nice job. The final price met the original quote.

I like that they take care of everything for me. Scheduling an appointment is easy. I like that they offer a comfort club reward where you pay a monthly fee that gives you priority. They will also offer discounts with that.

It went fine, as always, but they are expensive. They do good work; come on time, as scheduled; clean up after themselves, wear booties so they don't get your floors dirty, come in through the service door rather than the front door.

I came home to find I had power to only half my house. I called Alliant Energy and after some questions I was told the problem was inside my house and that I would need to contact an electrician. I called All-Comfort and the dispatcher connected me to an electrician, James Dennis. He said he thought it was suspicious, but said he'd come take a look. Which he did. After checking the wiring he said that there was power only coming in on one leg at the meter and the problem was in the power line. He called Alliant for me and explained the situation. An Alliant repairman came out and found 2 breaks in the bad leg and replace it. Mr. Dennis had told me that since I had told the Alliant dispatcher that all my breakers were fine and that I only had power to half the house they should have known it was a power line issue. He recommended that I contact Alliant for reimbursement for his service call (which was so high because it was after hours). I followed his recommendations and eventually did receive full reimbursement. Thanks for handling the phone call to Alliant and the recommendation on the reimbursement.

Tom was professional, worked hard for 10 hours to complete the job, and offered suggestions on how we could save money relative to the initial bid. This is the third time we've used All Comfort, and while we know they are not the cheapest contractors out there, the experience has been well worth it every time. Everyone we have dealt with from this company has gone above and beyond our service expectations.

I have used All Comfort for many years. They can be pricey, but they are reliable, which counts for a lot. The very fact that I continue to use them speaks to my confidence in them.

Our furnace died after 20 years and we called the people who had been taking care of it. We also had an air conditioner that had survived for more than three decades. Since the furnace was dead and the AC was only a matter of time (and Freon problems), we decided to replace both. The price was acceptable to us, though hardly cheap. The salesman and the manufacturer and our power utility together offered an attractive enough discount. The installers were on time and friendly. The installation took time, maybe longer than they might have wanted, but they were willing to answer questions and explain anything we wanted to know while they continued to work. When they were done, the air conditioner had an error code that they documented and found would need to have a part ordered. The error code was for a trivial problem that does not affect the performance of the new air conditioner, but it will be fixed. Good price, great service, friendly installers. I wouldn't ask for more.

The motherboard on our furnace needed to be replaced because one of the components had melted. We called All Comfort because they were local, and while they arrived promptly and were professional, they quoted us $1000 to replace a $280 part that takes less than an hour to install. We were able to have the same work performed by a competitor company (reviewed separately), for a total cost of $400- less than half of the price they quoted. The pricing is insultingly high, and we would have scheduled several other services had they not tried to gouge us for this relatively simple repair.

I am very pleased with All Comfort Services. Our journey started with a furnace that was not heating. They came to see what the problem was and it was quickly determined the furnace needed major repairs or replacing. The salesman came to provide us with various options late on Tuesday before Thanksgiving. We decided on what we wanted and set up the install for Friday morning after Thanksgiving. The installers were very considerate of our home and worked diligently to get us heat in the house. They arrived on time and kept at the install until it was done late afternoon.

Most recent visit was for routine furnace maintenance. As always, the guys were prompt, courteous, efficient, and tidy. They also noticed a problem with the water softener, and let me know about it so I could schedule a time to have it looked at.

Rob R. was the tech that looked at and performed the maintenance required to get our water heater back to normal operating condition.....did not require any parts, just a cleaning of the pilot/glow lighter....Rob also offered some help on better understanding the operation of the water softener....satisfied with the professional and friendly service...

They wear protection on his shoes so he doesn't muck up the house since he has to go in and outside for the AC unit. As much as I hate getting interrupting phonecalls, I do appreciate that they call every year to schedule an appt. (We opt for every other year.)

Billy was our service man and he discussed the options of a repair versus replacement. It was already 4:30 pm and they were short staff in sales due to the holiday. The temps were predicted to be -7. However, the president of the company came out to the house at 6:30 pm with four space heaters and spent time discussing new furnace options. You can not ask for better customer service than that. It was a friendly, informative, professional and fun experience. Our new furnace will be installed tomorrow morning. I have used this company for regular air and furnace checks for many years and they have always been prompt and efficient. This experience cemented my professional relationship with this company. I highly recommend them.

They've done a good job for us. They're very service oriented.

We called because our heating was out and needed someone to come out right away and fix it. They were very timely, upfront about their costs, and professional and friendly. When the technician got to our house, the heat had started again by itself, so there wasn't much they could do except perform maintenance on it and see if they could find a problem. I'm very happy with all of the work, but think the price is a bit steep when compared to other similar companies in the area.
