Luke gave us wonderful, courteous service. Saw the problem and fixed it immediately.

They actually came over and went through the different kinds of air conditioners and what was available. They had a cancellation and called me and came in early. I think they came in 3 days earlier than what they had scheduled because they had a cancellation.

Fabulous! We called then at 6:30 and they arrived, as promised, within 2 hours. They were able to get the furnace working and then sent someone out the next day to do a full servicing and repair. Because there is a charge for after-hours work, which I paid the first evening, they did not charge a dispatch fee the second day. Both technicians were excellent; knew their stuff, and were pleasant and professional. They also have a pay-by-the-month service that includes no dispatch calls, no after-hours fees, priority on repairs, and a spring and fall servicing and cleaning included in the price. We signed up. Great company.

My experience with All Comfort Services Inc was very good. I grade them A all the way through. I would tell a friend about their professionalism.

All went well and did all required service.

This is a new house so I had lots of questions. All of my questions were answered respectfully and thoroughly. I opted for the service plan, which thankfully I haven't really needed, but I'm glad I have it.

My 84 year old father called All Comfort to have his AC and Furnace checked. He picked All Comfort because he had a $30 off coupon for each service or $60 total. The tech performed the checkup and said that the AC coils were frozen up. He defrosted the coils and topped off the coolant. The charge for the checkup was $169 for EACH. Defrosting the coil cost $100 and adding the freon was $199.00. Total Bill after discount was $577.00 plus tax. The tech also recommended and quoted an additional $950 of additional service on the unit . He told my dad that a new HVAC system would run close to $10,000. (We got a quote from another dealer for about 1/2 of this) I called All Comfort to discuss this very high charge. I spoke to Kendal and he said he would discuss this with the tech and call me back. He did not call back.

Not good. They avoided telling us we had a warranty covering parts and quoted us a price that was nearly double the competition. Also slow and the HQ was not customer-oriented. In the end we only paid for the service visit.

Went well. I called All Comfort and another company to get estimates and with a coupon they had, All Services came out a little bit less for the same water heater. I talked to them around 9:30 AM and had it installed by 3:30 PM that day. Pat, the tech, laid tarps down to protect floors through house and stairs into the basement.. After he was done he explained everything to me and asked if I had any questions. Another nice thing - no pushy sales on the Comfort Club program they have. I expected Pat to recommend it and really push to add it on. Nope. I asked about it and Pat gave me the information on it before he left. Great to work with and I will use them again for future projects.

Mike and Drew exceeded our expectations. The install of our outside AC was very professionally done: they arrived on time and finished on time; were very pleasant to deal with and Drew even helped us move some plants and left the AC area as good as he found it. Mike answered all my questions and explained the why of what they were doing. They left the work spaces clean and removed all traces of the old equipment. All Comfort Services continues to be the company we go to to get our new house working correctly.

Since we bought the equipment from them, we would probably use them again, but other people could be probably more useful.

We initially had All Comfort out to diagnose a problem we had with our air conditioning. We decided to sign up for their Comfort Club, despite the fact I was a bit skeptical of its benefits. Now, I can confidently say I am very glad we are a member. Because we don't have to pay a trip fee, I am much less hesitant to call for work that I need done around the house, and all of the technicians I have worked with- their electrician, HVAC specialist, and plumber, have all been excellent. The scheduling is usually really quick, the technicians are on time, and I have always been really pleased with their work. Most recently we had a kitchen faucet repaired, and our furnace inspected (included as part of the monthly fee).

The All Comfort Services is exceptional--from beginning to end. An expert visited my home to assess the space and heating needs, then explained the options available and the costs of each. I took two days to think about these options, then called with my decision. The installation was scheduled for the following week. The two technicians were prompt and highly professional--and they cleaned all work areas.
