I love this company. They are responsive, professional, and they are always eager to teach me the ins and outs of my own house. They showed me what I can fix myself and what they can do to make it better without any pressure to buy more services. Very, very positive experience.

Over recent years Karl R. has performed an excellent job for us when we have made an appointment with all Comfort Services.

Everything went very smoothly. Everyone was very responsive to our needs and completed the install based on our schedule. We got 4 bids to provide this install. Three additional bids provided on the same equipment were much higher than the offer from All Comfort. One other manufacturer was closer, but not able to match All Comfort’s price for comparable equipment.

Poorly. We had them visit. The sales person gave us a bid for an air conditioner that had a SEER rating of 21 when our recently new furnace had a maximum SEER rating of 13. This means the added cost of a SEER 21 would do us no good. The sales person really was not well prepared. I am confident that there was no intent to rip us off. It was more a lack of preparation for the job.

The work was fine. The service was fine. The price was outrageous. $1,700 to replace a shower handle. C'mon, man.

We have not had a need for that many services before. I do not know how to compare with anyone else. I would say they are average. The quality was fine. Punctuality was average. Professionalism was good. I would use them again.

Great! Karl completed the work efficiently. He did not have a replacement light package on his truck, so someone from All Comfort brought him the part.

The electrician was timely When fans replace they didn't fit and hole left in the ceiling around fans that I needed to repair. Cost of vent fan was higher then I had thought and redoing the circuitry done by previous electrician was also higher then I had anticipated.

All Comfort Services booked my initial appointment about a week and a half out. Then they called on three separate weekdays to see if they could come by because they had time in their schedule. Third time's the charm as I was available when they could stop by and my work was done quickly and efficiently.

They are always prompt, pleasant to work with, and do an excellent job.

Mike G and Billy T did our furnace and A/C install today, and it couldn't have gone better. Both were extremely professional and courteous, got the job done quickly, and explained everything when they were done. The system is up and running!

The plumber did a great job, company was responsive. Unfortunately the cost for the work was about $150 more than my usual plumber would have charged me for the same service.

Karl did the inspection, was willing to explain what he was doing, and found nothing that needed service -- although he did suggest switching to a pleated air filter instead of the Ace Hardware fiberglass specials I have been using. Once I use them up (bought a case) I'll give his suggestion a try.

Even though their trip charge was higher than some others that I found, I decided to go with these guys because they could come today. That should have been a red flag. I was quoted a $96 trip charge and was told the rest would depend on the particular repair. When the tech showed, I explained what was going on that it was likely the refrigerant. After 15 minutes of looking at the filter, washing the coils, and measuring the pressure we knew that the unit needed a pound of the R-22 refrigerant. The tech then went back and wrote up the full set of services that I would have to pay for. Dispatch Fee: $95 Fee for charging the system and adjusting Super Heat: $185 R-22 per pound: $55 The $335 above may be reasonable, but then they gave me two "options." Basic safety check: $112 OR Complete Evaluation: $165 In my case, I was planning on getting a regular service done in about a month, so I didn't see any value in the check/evaluation, but guess what? One of these is required to be done today. My question to this business is if this check/evaluation is a required part of the service then why did you not tell me about it upfront when I called to schedule? I called another service provider. Guess what they quoted for the complete job? $250 including an _additional_ trip charge! This time I confirmed that the price was all inclusive. What's worse is that their check/evaluation is likely nowhere close to the regular service and this check/evaluation costs more than the regular scheduled service.
