Description of Work: Noticed my water heater was starting to rust/slow leak. Called All Comfort to replace it before it spilled 75gal of water all over the floor. The guy came same day, but ended up spilling almost all of the water on the floor anyway as he didn't wait for it to drain before taking the hose off. Then 2 weeks later we had a natural gas leak due to a loose fitting to the water heater.

Description of Work: Fixed my air conditioner motor. He diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it fairly quickly.

Description of Work: They fixed a jammed garbage disposal in my utility sink and replaced my broken kitchen garbage disposal with a more powerful and extremely quiet one. In addition, he installed a new kitchen faucet. All work was done within an hour and a half.

Description of Work: We had an air conditioner installed. It involved hooking up the unit to our furnace (which Air Comfort checked to make sure the furnace and the AC were compatible and that the furace wasn't too old) and making a place in the yard for the unit. Air Comfort sent an efficient professional team to do the work (and clean up afterwards). Billy was especially knowledgeable and helpful. Work was done a year ago and we've had zero problems.

Description of Work: We had a heat exchanger fail in a very old furnace at the start of spring. It was honestly just in time; otherwise we would have been finding out our furnace was junk in the closing days of fall. | |Our water heater, while functional, was clearly on it's last legs, and I'd been running the softener in bypass since I couldn't make it work right. The AC was fine, but howled like a banshee, and clearly wasn't the most efficient piece on the block. | |Our home's appliances were in need of replacement. Rather than work them out piecemeal, I called All Comfort, and Jay was very astute in giving us all of our options in one go. They replaced our Furnace, AC, water heater, water softener and added a whole-house air cleaner in just a couple of days. In addition to cutting our energy costs by a huge amount (we had no idea how inefficient the water heater had been till our first utility bill) we now have enough hot water go around when the in-laws come to visit. | |Jay was always available for questions during the quote and planning phase, and followed up on completion which only took two days, counting a small electrical breaker upgrade that was performed the day after the main install. They were prompt, clean, professional, and I couldn't be happier.

Description of Work: I have a service contract for the HVAC and water heater. They just came recently to service my AC and the tech did an excellent job and was very hard working. He went above and beyond what was needed to make sure everything was working correctly.

Description of Work: Installed new furnace and air conditioner. Not very prompt in returning phone calls. Quality of work was satisfactory with a few exceptions. Took the liberty of installing air conditioner in an undesirable orientation. Took a long time for them to come back to correct the problem.
