Of course our central air conditioning system broke down during the hottest stretch in the summer of 2012 AND we had the in-laws staying with us for six weeks. Getting the AC fixed was a necessity. We joined Angie's List to identify a reliable company and we chose All Comfort Services. They were fantastic. They arrived the day we called to look at our house and make recommendations. They had the AC there and installed the next day! They cleaned up after themselves and a little extra mess the in-laws had made. Because we were not planning for a large expense at this time we were able to work with them to secure financing that we could afford. I think All Comfort is awesome and we will use them again when we have to replace the furnace, which I am sure is coming up soon.

They arrived on time, performed the work correctly, and explained things about my a/c that I had not been explained to me by my former service provider. I found this company on Angie's list.

I have used All Comfort for my home's mechanicals for about 15 years. I know they aren't cheap, but I have NEVER HAD A PROBLEM with either their service, responsiveness, or professionalism. When my 22 year old air conditioner started acting up - not cooling due to a switch issue - I called All Comfort on the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. The service tech didn't have the needed part (cost would have been about $625 for the part alone). I had just had the preventative maintenance done on this unit maybe 2 weeks earlier. I was warned about the switch issue, but forgot and brought on this trouble by my own hand. So I had two choices - gamble on the short-term fix of with a part, or replace the outdoor compressor and all the guts inside the furnace. I chose the latter. (This past winter was a dry one in my house, so I took the opportunity to add the AprilAire unit while they were messing around with the furnace.) The sales staff fairly quoted the replacement price, the tech who visited my on that fated Sunday was the same one who installed the furnace 3 years earlier and installed the air conditioner this time. (I appreciate employment stability and experience.) The salesman came to my house to make sure things were done well, and helped me fill out the online extended warranty. I will continue to use All Comfort in the future, and pay the price for piece of mind.

The quote was about $450. They were very professional. I felt that the price was too high.

They are good. They were willing to come and they came right away because I had company and my furnace went out. Their pricing was fair.

Our 20+ year furnace was unreliable and we had never had air conditioning, so we decided to replace the furnace and add A/C. We saw an ad in the paper for All Comfort, and contacted them. A representative came to the house and spent quite a bit of time presenting information on different options, and costs, including discounts, manufacturer's rebates, Focus on Energy rebates and tax refunds. We also spent some time the following week communicating back and forth, weighing options for the location of the condenser. The installation occurred the day before Thanksgiving. Work included adding a combustion air intake, an unanticipated revision to some transition ductwork (that required additional material), adding an electrical disconnect, removing the old furnace, etc., so several different trades. The work was done in one day, and very neatly. The paperwork for the rebates and refunds was taken care of too, no problems. I feel we got a quality product and more importantly, expert installation.

They have always done a great job. I have no problems with them. The price was good as well.

We have used them for a while. Their services are reliable. They are on time. Their charges seem reasonable. There is no reason for us to considerable us at the moment.

Two months after moving into our new home the 25 year old boiler stopped working. It was a cold day in late October and we needed to get it fixed ASAP. We contacted ALL COMFORT mostly because they were the ones that serviced the boiler for the prior homeowner. They were able to send an inspector the next day on a Saturday. He confirmed that the boiler shell had cracked and the whole unit needed to be replaced. They sent out a salesperson later that same day. He was very friendly and helpful - talking us through all of the different options (replacing boiler, installing forced air, etc). We decided to stick with boiler heat and also discussed options for installing radiators in two rooms that the previous owners added but did not have a heat source. Five days later the ALL COMFORT team came out to do the installation. They were able to get it done in one day and everyone on the crew was friendly and professional. They did a great job and we haven't had any issues with the new boiler. They were supposed to adjust all of the radiators to make sure the house was being heated evenly. They didn't really do this but they did show me how to do it myself, which was fine with me. They were very responsive when we had a question about the operation of the boiler a couple months later. They even sent someone on a Sunday to make sure everything was working properly - at no charge. Overall it was a good experience although if I wasn't under a time crunch to get it fixed I probably would have liked to shop around a little more to make sure that we were getting a competitive price.

They are very good. They are very professional, on time, very thorough and respectful in the house. We would use them again in the future.

They had a special when they come out in the spring and check your air conditioner then they come out in the fall and check your heating system. If you get this plan, and you have to call them, then they wave the walk in the door fee, and it seemed like a good idea to get on the maintenance plan, so I did that and I have been pretty happy with it. With the maintenance plan you pay once a year, and it covers the full year. I have been with them since 2000.

My furnace went out on a chilly Thursday. These guys had a salesman to my house within an hour of my call requesting a quote for a new furnace. In the hour between my call and his arrival at our home the salesman looked up the size of our house as well as power/gas usage for the last few years so he could recommend a replacement furnace. They had a great price on the top Lennox furnace and were able to install the furnace the next day. The installation of the new furnace started around 7:30am and finished around 3pm. The salesman returned after the installation was done to ensure I was satisfied with the purchase. He also submitted the Lennox rebate paperwork for me and I received the check a few weeks later. I'm very happy I found All Comfort Services. UPDATE 2/19/2012 - Last week I received my check for $150 from Wisconsin's Focus on Energy and I didn't have to fill out any forms. All Comfort took care of it for me!

They are exceptionally reliable, fair price, efficient, prompt, call prior to coming out, and after they call they are at the door within 5 or 10 minutes. They are clean conscience so they wear coverings over their boots allowing no mud to get into your home.

They were good with their quotes. They did offer a cheaper route to do, but we decided to do a more expensive package because of the rebate and how long it would last. They were prompt and clean. We were very happy with them.

Unfortunately I've had them out several times from late February through early July. I did not do a lot of comparison-shopping. A friend recommended them and I assume that they are comparable. I would use them again.

I lost heat from my furnace the day or so before Thanksgiving and called All Comfort Services, which quickly responded and identified my existing furnace installed in 1978 needed replacement. They arranged for Debbie Wuksinich, a systems consultant, to visit that same day, at which time they presented all my options and answered all my questions. The replacement then was to be scheduled for Saturday, but as I had no heat at all, Debbie worked out with another customer set for a non-emergency Friday furnace installation to switch, and the customer agreed to do so. Obviously, I most appreciated that effort she made. The installation took most of a day. At the end, the installer gave me an orientation to the new furnace and its care. Afterward I received several communications with additional paperwork I needed to file with my taxes to qualify for various rebates and tax exemptions and to make sure everything was working properly. I definitely would use them again for any heating or air conditioning needs or repairs.

The work has turned out good. They have done a very good job. They cleaned up well. They were good at explaining everything to me and how to have it working the best way. They are also very honest with providing information.

They suggested that you needed to replace the furnace blower. After receiving multiple estimates, we found their prices were high. We decided not to replace the blower and we haven’t had any problems since. The initial installation was good, it was just this following experience that wasn't so great.

Generally we were happy with the company, but there were a few minor details we didn’t like so we decided to switch companies. They are very friendly and nice.

They were in and out. They did a great job and I did not have any problems with them.

This was a Saturday. $100 to talk to the dispatcher who was rude. $100 for the trip charge. Technician could not find the problem, but "cleaned" the furnace - total bill $350. Since he could not find the problem, their work was guaranteed for 30 days. As he was leaving he mentioned that if it was my blower motor, it would be $3,000. In May it started happening again (way past the 30 day guarantee), so I had the company come out who installed the furnace. This technician found the problem right away and replaced the furnace motor ($450 - NOT $3,000). He stated I could get a whole new furnace for $3,000. The problem has not returned.

It's fixed service guy was OK (a thermostat is really just 2 wires) and once you are there it takes 5 min to actually replace time for travel is reasonable but over 500.00 dollars to fix a 45 dollar thermostat is gouging-- Buyer beware I will Never use them again Never Never Never I don't like feeling like I've been taken

It went great. The estimater was great at explaining the options without being too pushey about up sells. Showed up when they said they were going to, go everything in and clean up after themselves. The furnace itself is a stage variable, it is dead quite and does a much better job at heating the house evenly.

The work was professional, but it seemed a bit on the costly side. The technicians were both friendly and professional, though.

They were here at the time they scheduled, three different worker to check what they specialize in. They came when we had lots of snow on the ground and they were great covering their boots so they didn't track on the carpet.
