They've been responsive and are flexible with scheduling. They've fit our needs as far as timing and do a good job.

They do good work. It's easy to schedule appointments with them.

I had no problems. They were polite, came on time, and worked efficiently. I was happy with the service.

They were clean and I felt comfortable having them in my home. The final bill came out to be the exact same as the estimate.

The Technician arrived within 30 minutes of my phone call, one hour later we had hot water.

They took care of the problem by cleaning a flame sensor. For this I give them an A for professionalism and quality. This has happened to me before in on 1/4/2010 in my other rental unit with the exact same furnace. In 2010 I hired Landmark Services Coop and they charged me for the Flame Sensor cleaning at 135$. All Comfort Services, Inc. charged my 2x that. Since I wasn't local, they weren't really sure how to bill me. They usually take a credit card on site. The guy in the truck phoned me a few times and claimed someone else would call me and take my credit card. Well, that person never called me back and left me hanging. Finally got the bill in the mail today and will be paying it tomorrow. Because of this mis-communicaitons I gave them a B for responsiveness. --> After speaking with All Comfort Service I found out they did a flame sensor cleaning and a 22 point furnace clean/inspection. I raised the cost grade from a D to a C. I didn't get a lot of competitive quotes but I still feel it's fairly expensive based on the service I had performed in 2010. To reiterate, this was non-emergency service (my tenant had froze the previous night so we wouldn't need an off hour call) and it was still 250$. But like I said above, they got the job done and that is important.

They didn’t return my call and I was not impressed about that.

The tech arrived promptly and spent about 2o minutes trying to diagnose the problem. He told me he couldn't figure out what was wrong and would need to start swapping out parts. This was a very expensive procedure potentially costing more $1500 since I would have to pay for parts and labor for this experimentation. I said no thanks and called another company that quickly determined the problem was a $30 pilot cable!

Very professional. Arrived when they said they would and completed the work quickly and cleanly. Fan works great.

My experience with All Comfort Services was Excellent. I called for an estimate for an Air Conditioner, Furnace and Hot Water heater and the next day Jay came to my house. Jay did his homework and was able to recommend a furnace that was 25% smaller than my existing furnace. My existing furnace was a Lennox Pulse installed in 1995. Since 1995 I had done quite a bit of insulation work on the house and this showed up on my MG&E bill. Jay looked at my energy usage to come up with the recommendation. He answered all my questions and adjusted the estimate based on changes I wanted. He initially recommended a power vent for the hot water heater, but changed it to direct vent after I expressed my preference to use the installed class B chimney. He verified the installation would still meet code with his installers. Installation of the new equipment was scheduled about two weeks out to fit my schedule. The installation techs were on time. Mike and Colin did the furnace and AC. Rob (plumber) handled the Hot Water heater. They got right to work and they treated me and my home with respect. The teamwork was great. When Colin left to assist on another install. Rob pitched in to help with the furnace. He had already completed the Hot water heater installation and assisted Mike by doing some PVC and gas line work. He also helped get the old equipment out the door. Mike, Colin and Rob answered all my questions and explained the operation of my new equipment to me. They also left the basement clean. Overall an excellent job.

I called to ask about an free estimate on my projects and got scheduled right away. The inspector answered all/most of my questions thoroughly the day he came to check my water heater and oil furnace. All the works were done in one day. Everything went smoothly; it seemed that all the techs were well-prepared and knew what they were doing. Techs were really friendly and I enjoyed talking to them. The only downside was probably that all of them were late for at least 15 min (I'm not sure if that's common). I am happy with All Comforts overall.

Karl did a wonderful job (and he has been to the house before on previous years; he's done an excellent job each time). He arrives as scheduled, but calls ahead to make sure it's still ok. He is friendly, explains what he's doing (if one wants to know), is respectful of the house, and is generally friendly and pleasant. I highly recommend his work.

The technician worked on the air conditioner and reported that the compressor was broken. Because compressor repairs are so expensive and the unit is nearly 10 years old, he said most people just replace the air conditing unit. I would agree with that advice IF the compressor was in fact broken. I had another company come out and give a second opinion. The real problem was a freeon leak and the air conditiner is now working again. It ended up being a $400 fix, much cheaper than a new unit. Before I knew that the air conditioner had a less expensive fix, I had several companies provide quotes for a new air conditioner. All Comfort's bid came in at around $4,000 for their bottom tier choice. All other bids came in the $3,000 range. I have asked them to refund the $113 I paid for their inaccurate work. They refunded the money promptly.

Rob came in and gave us a recommendation on what needed to be done. He was friendly and professional. Essentially, somebody you would want representing and working for your company. The work was excellent. We couldn't be happier. Thanks Rob!

All all in, we are very happy with the outcome. Initially, there were some minor leaking problems, but Pat came out right away and fixed things. We haven't had any problems whatsoever with the plumbing since the work was completed. Pat is friendly and did a great job. True professional.

Jim B. of All Comfort Services in Madison, Wisconsin responded to a service request due to my furnace not producing heat. After checking all the controls and finding all OK, Jim found a bird nest was clogging the vent pipe on the furnace. He removed it. He explained why the nest shut down the furnace and how to fabricate a wire cover to prevent the situation from happening again. I then asked if he could perform a preseason check on the air conditioner. Part of the check was already completed with the furnace inspection. He completed the pre-season A/C service which included checking: - Freon charge - Air filter - Contactors - Run capacitors - Thermastats Jim B. was friendly, informative, helpful and went beyond what I expected. I would recommend this company and this employee.

We moved into this house in August and had no water problems until the snow melted and the rains came this spring. There was a sump pump in the basement, which was running, but we were getting water in the basement anyway. Then I noticed the sump pump well was full to overflowing even when it was running. I called All Comfort and after some confusion as to what I wanted them to do, they sent a service man, a plumber, to look at it. The pedestal sump pump, which may have been as old as the 54 year old house, was more or less burned out. He installed a new submersible pump , check valve and weep hole. It began doing the job immediately. We have had no water in the basement since and it has continued to pour rain. So we are very happy with the results and the promptness of service. The plumber was very courteous and informative. Who knows whether the price was right? We're just glad to have it taken care of and working so well. I would call them again.

Our AC was leaking, and we decided to upgrade both our AC and our furnace simultaneously. Jay came out shortly after I requested an estimate. He was very knowledgeable about the products and about what system would best meet our home and family's needs. He offered multiple options and multiple price points, and he explained the various state and federal credits that were available to us with each option. When, two weeks later, I called to schedule an installation, he was able to schedule it for the following day. Jay was very accessible and responded immediately to our calls and questions. The technicians, Mike and Collin, were incredibly professional and courteous; they completed installing our new furnace and thermostat ahead of schedule, explained exactly what had been replaced and modeled how to use the new thermostat. Because of the weather (we were in the midst of a winter storm), they were unable to install the air conditioning unit, but they will return in the spring to complete that work. They completed the necessary paperwork for our Focus on Energy rebate and submitted it themselves.

Called to check on availability and arrived 15 minutes later. Jim B was a very pleasant, professional and courteous tech. As he evaluated the concern he was very descriptive about the problem wanting me to know what he was doing. He fixed the problem and again described the concern. He also was willing to change the filter and help me reset the thermostat. .

We have used them for several years, on a friend's recommendation. Very professional, personable, they do only what's needed with no upsell. A bit pricey but worth it for reliability and responsiveness.

Excellent job. Furnace went out at night, service man arrived that evening, concluded existing furnace is irreparable, made arrangements for someone to come early AM to give estimate. Debbie W. arrived early Friday, looked at options, explained, arranged for service techs to come (which they did by 10:00 AM) . Furnace replaced same day. Very professional manner by all representatives. We discussed some needed electrical work, and they arranged to have that work done the following week per our request. Would recommend them and will use the company again. PS: The office also made contacts to ensure their employees arrived and the work was underway.

I wasn't able to get my furnace going, but their technician was. They did a complete tuneup package; lubrication, checking things to make sure the motor was working under the right parameters, etc. He was just really meticulous making sure it was all working correctly. He went into the crawlspace. He was here for over an hour and a half. I plan on using them for plumbing, electric work, anything that I might need. At first when I had called the place, she told me she could get me in at the end of November. I said that I could not get my furnace started and it is starting to get cold. She said that she could get the technician here the same day. When the technician came he told me there was going to be an extra $125.00 charge for an emergency visit. I called just to check and she explained how it works. I told her I just wanted a confirmation, but that I thought it was all together expensive. She called back and told me she got approval to take off that extra bill. She had applied a coupon they had out in the newspaper and gave me a 10% senior discount. I thought that was really nice of them.

The process got a little complicated. We needed to do some additional work, so there were some revisions and adjustments, but the same was true for other bidders as well. If anybody is considering significant air-conditioning, heating, and electrical work done, they are one of the two companies that could do the whole package.

Arrived on time. Nice workers. Extremely competent. Were careful not to let my pet escape!

We needed an outdoor hose faucet replaced. I didn't ask for bids but should have. A guy from All Comfort showed up, said I could either pay a $75 trip charge for nothing or $380 for the faucet. I think a lot of their business is just collecting trip charges after people say "no" to their outrageous charges. But we needed the faucet and thought at least we'll get A-1 service. But no,the faucet was attached with one screw, so when we turn the handle on the faucet the whole unit tries to turn. $380 for an ordinary outdoor faucet and about 1/2 labor to badly install the unit.
