Ben was originally a sub contractor for an addition to our home in Highland, WI. He installed new duct work to the dormer addition, and I retained him for furnace replacement, and, later, addition of a central a/c unit. I appreciated his openness to questions, his attention to detail and his technical knowledge. He is a delightful person, totally devoid of b/s, and fully trustworthy.
