Description of Work: installed one rough shelf, installed 2 grab bars and hooks in shower. Billed me a trip charge for the extra half hour required to finish (extra time was due to his error). Asked if I wanted him to finish, but did not inform me that he would bill me for a full hour plus a trip charge in addition to the 'big deal.'
