Description of Work: Replace old counters and add additional counters. put in back splash above stove and sink

Description of Work: Monte - moved the water line in the basement, brought gas to the dryer and changed the leaking water outlet on the back of the house. Monty was here for 10 hours and charged $671 ( $50/hr and supplies) this time included a two hour trip for supplies and lunch. His work is great- just wish he wasn't gone for 2 hours and charged me.

Description of Work: Monte was exceptional. He does all the repairs himself and is very thorough, skilled. and exact. I had a list of 11 house repairs- replace a window, install window guards, paint a wall and some trim, some caulking, put up decorative attic vent covers, 2 shelves, a coat rack, and a door knocker. I thought it would take about 1 1/2 days but Monte did it all in 6 hours and the quality of work was superb plus the cost was reasonable. I'll definitely hire him back in the future.

Description of Work: We have been unable to make contact so far. I don't know if money has been paid; this was a special deal for 2 hours work, for which I already supplied my credit card payment via Angie's.

Description of Work: I used a coupon for two hours of service. We discussed the additional cost if he needed to go over, right up front. He was very professional and responsive to questions. I had several small jobs--changing a door knob, changing a ceiling fan to lamp and hanging shades. It was great to have all of it done in a professional manner and quickly.

Description of Work: Removed door and replaced with drywall. He did electrical work in closet. Put final coat on drywall in our closet and put in another wall in the closet. Monty is very knowledgeable and is detailed oriented. We are very pleased with his work.

Description of Work: Installed a new faucet and disposal in the kitchen and a bidet attachment in the bathroom. It went fine, very nice and low key.

Description of Work: This is a tricky review to write/rate. Monte did an excellent job once he was here. He is kind, respectful, detail oriented, and very competent. However, I was disappointed at how long it took for him to return my calls/e-mails to get on his schedule, and it will take another 2 months for him to return to follow up on the remainder of items I wanted work on. The problem seems to be simply that he is a very busy handyman with a lot of work.
