Quick and easy. I've used him before because of great service. Already had everything because my other one broke and drained all over the floor. Probably would have been at least 3-4 hours if I was replacing one that broke because of just not functioning.

When he put the shelves up he had the equipment, but for putting down the vinyl floor he didn't have the equipment so I had to have him purchase it. He did a good job.

It went good. They were prompt and responsive and I would use them again.

I called Monty/ Advanced Home Services on 11/20 and left a voice mail stating I wanted interior painting done,giving and repeating my name and telephone number. I have not received a call from him, nor an email through Angie's List. I want a refund.

It went very well. Corrected a leak. Fixed a garbage disposal. Fixed the supply line on the kitchen sink.

We were very please. h met all the top class of being on time, courteous, professional and more.... We would recommend this service.

Did not end up going with Advanced Home Services, but they were punctual, fair-priced and very professional through the estimation process.

The job went well, although time to project completion ran over the 4 hours of the deal. I will need follow up on the drywall repair for sanding and painting, to be arranged soon.

Service man was timely, qualified, capable, friendly. Told me of alternatives for the work to be done. The service man was hindered by a nest of wasps which is why job was not completed. I will be contracting with him again.

Monte arrived on time, was very pleasant. He got right to work. The only surprise was that the ramp ended up completely dismantled, when I had wanted it in pieces. However, after speaking with the person who built it, it seems that dismantling it in pieces would perhaps not have been possible. He stacked the pieces neatly in the driveway. He very quickly fixed my towel bars and they are now really secure, possibly for the first time in years.

It went well. He ran out of time to perform other requests (repair drywall), however. I was very pleased with the work that he did.

That turned out excellent. He cut some shelves for us, he also helped us take down some large heavy mirrors from the bathroom and even took them to the recycle store. He also did some other little odd jobs too. He was friendly and helpful. Scheduling was very good.

He changed some light fixtures. We needed a new door handle on a screen door, so he installed that for us. We also needed a closet repaired, fixed a gutter and also did some other little things too. It took him about 4 hours to do the work. He really went above and beyond, because other providers told us that there was no other door handle for our screen door, he researched and found one for us. He is very pleasant and has a unobtrusive presence in the house.

I was happy with his work and offered to have him come back and do some other things. I didn't hear back from him. He's very nice and his work was good.

Monte was great. He showed me how to replace my window cranks and where to go to find replacements. He was able to fix a door for me that wouldn't latch and although he didn't resolve the drain issue he did snake out and look at the drain pipes and concluded there was nothing clogging the drain. I later was able to figure out the issue on my own.

The handyman showed up on time, he had called a couple of times to make sure he was bringing the right tools and parts. He quickly diagnosed our problems and resolved them. He then performed some assessments of other work we needed doing, giving us good estimates for time and cost. Whilst there, he also tackled some more mundane tasks that we had - as he had spare time, and was very friendly, very effective. He was very friendly, efficient and effective. We would happily use this service again. He was clear and concise in methods he would use to solve a problem with a wall, and explained his limitations. All in all, we really liked this service.

Two projects: Our dryer vent flap would not close. I wanted something more substantial than the original metal flap installed when the house was built. Monte came up with a solution that did not involve cutting into the siding to replace the flap. Works great--no more cold air flowing into the basement! I also needed to have the downspout cut to attach a rain barrel diverter. Monte handled that and went the extra mile to level the rain barrel for me. I will hire Monte again for my next handyman needs.

Monty is a very professional handyman. He does the job right the first time, asks the right questions, and goes above and beyond in his work. He fixed what a previous repair person messed up, and just generally did a quality job on all the repairs he did. In fact, as he was fixing stuff, he found other things that he offered to adjust and fix while he was doing related work! He is a little more expensive, but based on our recent experiences, he was well worth it. I HIGHLY recommend Monty for your handy man repairs! If you need any repairs done, call Monty!

Great, He had a technical gas line installed with hard pipe. A couple of the other large names in town gave est. for $150.00- 250.00 but only wanted to run flex line because it's easy, which was not recommended, so unfortunately we did have to pay more. Their price for hard pipe cost alot more and after research I see they've had un-knowledgable techs do it in the past with many problems. Monte's been doing it for decades. He did it quick and easy.

Monte has been my handyman/electrician/plumber for many years. I first met him 10 years ago when I changed my wood burning fireplace to gas burning and he did the gas hookup. He is very talented and very accommodating regarding any request I might have. He does a great job on any task I give him and he's always very respectful and good-natured. He's also a great problem-solver. I like the fact that I can give him a huge list of small tasks or a big one and he somehow gets them all done efficiently and to my satisfaction. Last year he did a beautiful job of refinishing all the windowsills in my home. It is a comfort knowing that I can rely on him to keep my home in great shape, no matter what the task.

worked great - other repair place wouldn't fix our unit and wanted to sell us a new one - which would have meant ripping out walls and a cost of over $5000 total.
