Description of Work: He was asked to install new bath fan, found the new fan to be incorrect size and cleaned up old fan. Replaced an old outlet and installed new outlet.

Description of Work: Although Monty was skilled and performed the work well, I was a little disappointed with his cost calculation. He normally charges $75 for the first hour and $40 for each additional hour for jobs under 5 hours. I bought a "deal" at $98 for two hours. But since the job took over two hours, he charged me $75 for the third hour, which meant I actually paid $50 an hour for the "deal" which is more than his normal price. I didn't figure this out until later, but since it's his business I expect that he knows exactly what he's doing and what's going to happen when the job is longer than the two hour "deal."

Description of Work: Put in outlet at the bottom of stairs for stairlift. Rehung basement door after turning it around to open into the house. Did not like that he charged me $70 extra as a trip charge.hours at the home did not exceed the hours in the purchase. He demoed an unsolicited cd on a pirimid scheme after the work was done.

Description of Work: It is a relatively new house.I did not know what kind of servicing had been done. Turned out all it needed was a little cleaning.

Description of Work: Provider showed on time and reviewed the problem and stated he had the supplies needed to complete job. Provider made determination later on the job that he did not have the supplies and needed to leave the job to get the supplies. Provider did not communicate to me that he needed more supplies, that he would charge the additional time to get the supplies to the job nor did provider get confirmation from me that I was okay with the extra costs.

Description of Work: The provider bought a faucet for me at Home Depot and put it in. He also fixed a rocker recliner. He was punctual and efficient. He alerted me to a problem with another faucet downstairs, for which he fixed. His price was fair and his work was good.

Description of Work: Monte did 2 projects for me last year. Replaced a broken outside spigot and installed a storm door. He did a nice job on both. I would definitely use him again.

Description of Work: Monty was on time. He explained everything to me as he did it. When I asked for for advice on a few things, he made helpful suggestions. In addition to sanding and sealing my skylight windows, Monty did some outside caulking and outside work on my window frame. | | | |

Description of Work: Installed a toilet, did some drywall repair, and even fixed a squeaky door without us requesting it! I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again in the future!

Description of Work: I hired Monty to power wash my house and deck, stain the deck, replace some boards, and install a new garage door opener. Monty showed up as he had promised and did an excellent job! He had great suggestions. For instance, with his suggestion, I went with a deck restorer for the deck boards instead of a stain. So much happier with that. He also re-wired my garage in addition to installing the garage door opener. It is so nice to have some extra outlets in the garage now. Overall I would hire Monty again. He did good work, had good suggestions, and was nice to work with.
