Wes and Nick (and Rob, Scott, Devon and Andy) arrived promptly at 7 am (the day after Memorial Day mind you). Ladders were up and leaves were flying off the roof within minutes. Three worked inside; three worked outside. At one point I thought there were 4 inside because they were movings so efficiently through our home, cleaning windows, washing and replacing screens. Our friends who were on gutter duty cleaned all the debris that fell from the roof (and a lot that was clutter from before they arrived). Thank you for going the extra mile to make the walks, deck and driveway look so good. The windows sparkle which makes the entire house glow. I think this was a big job; I expected it would take the entire day. They were done with everything cleaned up in about 2.5 hrs. Everyone was polite and answered all of our questions. Wes and Nick told me they had more than 10 years of experience, and so our windows didn't scare them one bit. I was lucky to get scheduled because they had a cancellation. The price was more than fair and I'm not afraid of the windows anymore. Thank you for an exceptional job - looking forward to working with you in the future.

Fantastic! This is the second time we have had Action out to do the same things, because we know what a great job these guys do. Action was on time, Rob and Nick were wonderful, and you can tell how well these guys work together. Price was very reasonable and we will call Action back in the future too.

Our new homes light grey exterior siding was covered in red box elder bug droppings and there was only a short window of opportunity before a winter weather might cause permanent discoloration. Action got us on the schedule just in time. Technicians, Rob & Ross, were punctual, professional, friendly and thorough. Because our water source is a well, I was concerned about water spots... so I asked if they could dry the first floor windows. They went back and hand-squeegeed every window, both levels. So grateful!

I called them & left a message. They called back in 1/2 hour. The next day they came here & cleaned my gutters. 1 day turn-around good!

Wonderful. They called before arriving and went to work...actually we arrived home just as they finished and we happy to see our driveway cleared of leaves plus the sidewalk and patio. No mess was found from the gutter or roof cleaning. They also were friendly and professional. No doubt we would hire them again.

Provided description and location of gutter cleaning job and requested bid via their online bid procedure. After four days -NO RESPONSE Left phone message with same information. After two days- NO RESPONSE.

Very well. Action came within 48 hours of call (dodging frequent storms in early September, 2016), cleaned gutters and cleaned up and removed resulting debris. We have a two story house, with attached two stall garage and sun room.

Someone from the company came by and made an estimate. I called them a few days later. The workers arrived at the appointed time, did the work and cleaned up debris.

Great - prompt, & reasonably priced.

On time – introduced themselves, went right to work after verifying job with us; cleaned up afterwards, we had a concern about one ‘tipped up’ gutter guard & so waited for rain to test it – all held up well & our major gutter leaking problem was solved.

The crew came on time, were polite, efficient, I use them every year and like them very much.

They did an excellent job. They were courteous and they were very good workers. They were on time and charged a reasonable rate. The only problem I had with them is that they didn't call before they arrived.

It went well and there were no issues. I thought it was a little pricey, but not too far out of line.
