I have used these people to for many years. They are a three men team and worked for 3 to 4 hours, great job and always cheerful.

Team arrived on time, went to work right away, were friendly but professional, finished the job in 3 hours. We have a 5000 sq ft house with Huge picture windows. They were filthy before they came. They were so clean afterwards that I tried to walk through the patio door! Ouch..

These folks were recommended by previous homeowner because they knew the house. We have 2nd story gutters. I cleaned the lower ones and got a small discount on the estimate of 180 that they charged the previous owner. They said they would clean the lowers again since their guarantee would include all gutters. That seemed to make sense. They did the work while I was not present and there was no mess remaining.

After the work was done, I had to call the company to get them to come back out to hacksaw off the squished end of a downspout which prevented leaves and debri from exiting the downspout. I thought this would have been part of the job. Then my daughter happened to look out of her 2nd floor bedroom window, which overlooks the porch roof, and saw that several gutter guards were tossed all over the porch roof. They hadn't been replaced or removed. To me this is very sloppy. I had to call the company again, and was told this would be taken care of. Although I just called today and they haven't been out yet.

I contacted Action Window to ask about window cleaning and gutter cleaning. They were very prompt and came by within a couple of days to do an estimated. They estimated $75.00 for the gutter cleaning, and $399.00 for the window cleaning. I have a one story house with an exposed basement (so a few two story windows in the back), with approximately 14 windows. I was floored when I saw the window cleaning estimate. $400 bucks for clean windows? Oye! Do people really do that... spend four hundred dollars for clean windows? Yikes! (side note, I did end up hiring them for gutter cleaning, and that went just fine) I ended up hiring Badger Window Cleaning instead, as I had hired them before and been very happy with their service and price (I couldn't remember the business name at first, or else I would have hired them straightaway).

Very well. I had a problem lowering one storm window three months after the service. They came out to the house and fixed the problem with no additional charge.

They are good. They come in and they do a fine. The windows look great when they leave. The workers are polite and responsive, I would recommend them to other people.

Tom came over and did the estimate the same day I called him. I scheduled the cleaning for the following Monday and the crew showed up right on time. They were very friendly and seemed to have done a good job.
