Those guys are great. I love those guys. They were fantastic. They were easy to get a hold of. They were easy to schedule. They came right out, cleaned the gutters and did a great job.

They also found a bird nest with eggs in one of the gutters under the front awning, and did their best to leave that area undisturbed. I very much appreciated their attention to detail and their thoughtfulness.

I have been using them for several years. They are always prompt and seem to always do a good safe job.

1st day one guy came and leaned the gutters. He was very professional and was careful with plants and such. A few days later 3 or 4 guys came and washed all the windows inside and out and also cleaned the screens.. The guys were very polite and did a good job.

The guy doing the pressure washing, Wes (the guy in charge of three others), was very reckless and vigorous while he was doing the power washing. More than a couple times, we had to tell them to stop being careless because they were getting water in through the windows. I even saw the water rushing in the downstairs door-jam and had to yell at them to stop. We had to put a towel down to soak the water, but heaven only knows what would have happened if we had not have been home. Along these same lines, we have motion detected security lighting. We cautioned them to be careful while washing around them, but they sprayed right on the light, and the light was then stuck in the on position. Wes got a leaf blower to "blow out" the light. Water came pouring out around the light, but nothing changed. After we got an electrician to go and look at it, he said the light would have to be replaced because water had got on the detection device. We called them to complain, and the contact person said that Rob, the owners brother, would contact us shortly. However, Rob didn't contact us until 6 days later when he came to our house. Over the phone and at the house, they said that they would pick up the bill for the electrician and light. On the 9th my husband got a bill and contacted Action Professionals. The total cost of the job was $1100, but by subtracting the electrician and light, the bill should have been $890. In addition, my husband and Rob had a verbal contract for them to replace damaged fascia from where they banged the house with an unprotected latter. Rob said, "I am not going to make an excuses for the shoddy workmanship of our crew." After my husband called the owner, Tom, he was cussed out my husband and hung up on. We never received a return phone call. Then we decided that we didn't want to deal with them anymore, because we didn't trust them. We called our insurance company and informed Action Professionals that we would now handle the matter ourselves. Every day we kept discover more things that that they have messed up. There were numerous places where the gutter and the fascia was scratched in addition to what we'd originally found. Whatever they used to clean windows and siding left an intense blue stain in multiple spots and on our decorative stone. I've also had to go around and with a toothbrush and vinegar water to clean the stains where I could reach. I haven't even tried to deal with the stone yet. We're still trying to get all of this sorted out. A one day project has turned into a summer nightmare.

Did just what we wanted in a timely fashion.

No problems; they cleaned the gutters when I was gone. They could have cleaned up better.

Called on a Tuesday to get a quote, came out Wednesday morning and had gutters clean by 8:30 am.

After several days of heavy thunderstorms our gutters, like those of lots of people in town, became clogged. Water was overflowing and settling next to the house and came in through a basement door. We called on Wednesday and left a message that we needed our gutters cleaned. I was called back within the hour and the work was performed the very next day. The workers were professional, courteous, thorough and did not leave a big mess with the gutter materials. The price for the services performed was very reasonable.

They were fine. They were prompt with little problems

They are top of the line. They came right out. I have absolutely no complaints. They had wonderful attitudes and were very professional. I will be using them from now on. He cut a tree for me at no cost. Very inexpensive compared to other companies.

They were punctual. Worked for 4 hours cleaning trash chute (6 stories) and did not have any inconveniences. Very respectful.
