ACC was great! I would hire again in an instant!

ACC did our counter tops. There was no mess behind and the workers were very cautious about going in and out of our house because we have a dog and a cat. While installing when there was an unexpected issue arose they called and asked us what we would like to do and let us know the cost of it and if we wanted to do that or a different option. There was no secret added cost. The estimates are very close to exact of actual cost if no issues arise. Most recent visit was when my husband and I tried installing our own DIY front door and it turned out to be a bigger project then we thought. We called and they came out and helped us do it for us. Very thankful.

Chad and his team at Accurate Custom Creations are wonderful. I have been working with them since 2011 and would go no where else. In 2011 they replaced the electrical through out the house in a very old home in Lodi. It had knob and tube and they were able to clean it all up. We later had an outlet with an issue and they came out right away and corrected it. This is a company you can trust. They stand behind there work. They are amazing!!!!

Beginning with an incomplete contract and ending in attorney's fees this project was a nightmare from start to finish. Accurate Custom creations told us the project would take six to eight weeks. It ended up taking 4 months with several things left undone. They actually walked off job without doing a final walk through with us. We were left with an unfinished job and eventually had a friend help with the rest of the work. Some examples of the shoddy work include holes in the ceiling drywall where recessed lighted was installed, unsealed tile, damage to Kohler whirlpool tub, improperly hung closet doors, refusal to install egress window which we purchased outside of budget, refusal to install shelves in closets, and leaving a heating and cooling duct to blow into space between floor and ceiling. We filed a complaint with the Agriculture Trade and Consumer Protection board. Accurate Custom responded with allegations of my husband being mentally unstable and an alcoholic. What nerve! My husband and I are neither of these. A friend told us about a Wisconsin website that lists all court records. We looked up the owner and his workers and found multiple court cases they had been involved with. Some examples include driving while intoxicated with minors in the vehicle, failure to pay bills, and multiple court cases involving subcontractors and vendors. About 3 weeks after they walked off the job we received a letter from ACC's attorney demanding payment for the balance of our agreement. We then hired our own attorney. As I said working with Accurate Custom Creations was a nightmare from start to finish.
