Jon arrived at my home on time and completely explained how a home inspection is done. I accepted his offer to accompany him on the inspection and I'm glad that I did as it was a great learning experience. He carefully examined every part of the home, both inside and out, and he explained building components, maintenance issues and his findings during the inspection. Following the inspection, he prepared a very useful and detailed report which he described in great detail, item by item. I'm very impressed by his careful work and vast knowledge of buildings. He was especially helpful with the unique issues of owning an historic home.

Jon was extremely professional and easy to work with. We were happy that he was flexible about scheduling on short notice. He arrived early, he did not rush through any part of the inspection, and he patiently took the time to explain the finer points of things that we were not familiar with regarding old wiring and old plumbing. We liked that since he brought a computer and printer, he was able to generate a clear, concise inspection report on the spot (and also email it to us). It was a pleasure to work with him.
