ABUNDANCE ACRES WEDDING FLWRS

We planned out bouquets and corsages with Abundance Acres a few months prior to our wedding, including an in person consultation with pictures of the flowers that we were looking for. The email discussions prior to the consultation were difficult. The proprietor wouldn't answer her email. The only way we got a response was to email her husband (work email for a different business). The initial quote was for $350. When picking up the flowers for the top of the cake, we got to see the bouquets. The roses in the bouquets were the incorrect color with brown spots forming on the petals. When we brought up our dissatisfaction, we were initially told that there was nothing that could be done because she was too busy. On another phone call later in the day, she said it could be redone, but would cost an extra $300. When we examined what we could do, we opted to only have the boutonnieres and corsages redone for an additional cost of $85. We took the flowers for the bouquets home and purchased flowers that were closer to what we were looking for from a grocery store and from the mother of the bride's garden. We then rebuilt all of the bouquets ourselves.
