The estimate was given over the phone, and dates arranged. The truck came to take our belongings as scheduled, and we packed it ourselves. We started our drive to Marshall on Tuesday, June 4th, 2013, and arrived late that night. The moving truck came the following morning, on the 5th, with all of our possessions. We expected to have to wait a day or so for the truck to catch up with us, but we did not. ABF U-Pack arrived ahead of schedule, and we were able to unload the truck ourselves and call them to pick up the truck on the same day. We had a problem with the ramp not going back into the truck correctly, and ABF took care of it. We also had no broom, so we were unable to sweep out the truck as requested in the contract, and they told us not to worry about that either. We used slightly more room than we paid for and were not charged an overage fee. All in all, this was the way to move and I would recommend ABF U-Pack to anyone moving anywhere.

We really liked them. They were punctual and we had no damage. It was very professional work and well priced.

They were very convenient. We could get our stuff packed the way we want at our schedule. They also stored our stuff. Their customer service and in fact everybody we dealt with were excellent. They always knew where our stuff was. They were very professional. They were very consistent. It is a very well run company. I will use them in the future.

When they arrived, they arrived with 2 workers. They told us that it was normally a 3 or 4-person job, so they were shorthanded. Because of that they were kind of rushing and pressed for time and that kind of thing. They should have had an adequate crew. They did a good job for the most part. Some of the stuff did arrive broken down here in New Mexico, but not too much. The 2 workers who came out worked really hard. They were good and low cost alternative as long as you don’t expect a full-service catalog moving company.
