Description of Work: We bought an older home in the summer of 2016 and had Andy start remodeling immediately. There was much to be done and Andy and his crew have since remodeled the entire lower level that includes a bedroom, bathroom, living room, laundry room and screen porch. The garage was then refurbished and we moved on to replacement of most of the windows and all the skylights. Throughout this whole process, Andy has been a joy to work with. The work of he and his crew is thorough and excellent. He consistently brings up issues or ideas that we never would have considered. Communication with him is very easy and prompt. We are able to call, text or email each other and move efficiently through the process. He is very professional and we have not only enjoyed working with him, but have been able to completely depend on him. We can recommend him without reservation.

Description of Work: Remodeled a half-bath, put on a new door in garage and built steps from garage to kitchen. This is the second job they have done for me and I am very happy with their work. Nice crew to work with and they are considerate and do a great clean up.

Description of Work: Replaced aged all wood patio door with a Marvin extra wide patio door. Replaced front entry door with a Therma Tru model. Replaced and matched interior wood moldings. | |The crew showed up on time even working through the rain for a time. Very polite. Never heard a cross word or foul language over the two days they worked in my home. Cleaned up after themselves Hauled everything away at the end of the job. Quality of work is excellent. Very pleased.

Description of Work: Assorted furnace maintenance and reattached ducting. Various plumbing projects, replaced sump pump. Got home ready to put on the market. It sold in 4 days!! |

Description of Work: Exterior painting. Great job. Had a weather delay due to the rain. Kept us posted. House looks terrific.

Description of Work: I moved into a home with a partially finished basement and needed to have the remainder of some drywall put in and some wood trim done (doors, windows, shelving). Andy and his crew did a great job finishing what was left, even though a lot of it was over a DIY job. Any and all potential issues were explained to me and handled very smoothly. I was also on a budget and the price came in much lower than I had expected. Scheduling was a bit tight between other jobs but communication was great and I was never in the dark about when to expect things to get done. Overall I am very pleased with hiring Andy.

Description of Work: .Bathroom remodel very pleased he was Honest accurate explained things well the only minor issues were some quality control issues with paint and trim he did resolve those quickly

Description of Work: Demolition of old floor tiles, new underlay and laminate floor in kitchen, new counter tops with sink and fixtures, fresh Paint in the living room, bathroom room, kitchen, and small basement (for the walls and floor). Demolition of non load bearing wall in the attic and removal of old safety banister at top of stairs. Finishing of the attic into a bedroom by removing wall for space and building a custom safety banister at top of stairs. Fresh paint in a new bedroom, and new stain and varnish on stairwell to attic. Also had about five new light fixtures installed.
