Description of Work: They surveyed my property for a potential rodent, (larger than a mouse.) In the end, it was determined that it was not a large rodent. Charges were waived since they were not able to 100% resolve the problem. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Very professional to work with and very thorough.

Description of Work: Minor bat colony between insulation batting removal in attic (one-way escape things setup for a couple weeks and caulked exterior of home). Personnel/professionalism were fine, however the problem is not yet resolved. Will be continuing to work with company until it is fully resolved- understandably bat removal and an older house situation is never an easy combination.
