Walt did an excellent job cleaning the gutters. He was on time and did the job in a timely matter. He was very professional. I would recommend him to any of my friends and family.

Excellent our service was done by Walt. He arrived right on time. Cleaned our windows very quick and well. I would definitely recommend him again. He was very polite, professional and helpful.

In the end the service was completed and my gutters are clean and working as expected. But we did run into some issues with how the job was done. The mess from cleaning the gutters was just left everywhere. Our deck was covered in leaves, pine needles, etc. One of the down spouts was still clogged and all of the debris was just left in the yard. I did reach out about the issues and he apologized and said he would return the following afternoon to clean. But after he arrived 3 hours late, tried to charge an extra $100, and had my wife just pay his personal Venmo account. I just wanted the experience to be over.

I'm very impressed with 5 Star Window Cleaning. Walt was prompt, courteous, professional and did a great job for a very reasonable price. I've already recommended him to friends, neighbors and a Realtor friend who may contract with him to ready homes for sale.
