Good. Did not understand that the number of people that arrived determined the cost of how many hours for the cleaning. Over what I thought I was being charged.

They did a fantastic job. When I moved about a year ago they did a great job cleaning my new place. I downsized so I didn't need them anymore

I was very satisfied with the cleaning of my house. I was impressed when I came home. The 3 gals were very nice and were interested in what I wanted and the special instructions I gave them. The only reason I rated punctuality less was that they were 1/2 hour late in arriving. (Maybe because this was their first time to my house.) But I would definitely hire them again.

4 Senses was amazing! They went above and beyond what I asked them to do. The bathrooms sparkled, and the fingerprints were gone from the appliances.

They were great. They were here and gave the house a thorough cleaning. They did a real good job.

They performed all that I asked from them.

Very well. They cleaned both full baths, vacuumed the bloors that were carpeted, washed the tile floors in lower hall, kitchen, and both baths. Dusted the house. Were very diligent workers. Arrived on time, asked us for our priorities, accomplished them all. We will use this service again and would like to have the same personnel if possible.

It went real well. The workers were prompt, the time it took them was unreal. They were here and then they were gone. Forty five minutes. I felt like I got a miracle job done. I would have them back again.

We purchased a great special for 3 hours of cleaning. The 4 Senses Team cleaned our single level ranch in full (2bd, 1.5 bath), plus some added focus on in need areas including glass doors since time permitted. They were prompt and professional, asked questions and were clear on priorities, setting expectations, and overall did an excellent job. I would happily recommend them and look forward to having them help us again!

I had never had anyone come in to help me clean before, and wasn't certain I was going to feel comfortable while others were working around me... but I really needed the help to get ready for holiday guests. Now, I wonder why I have never done this before! Scheduling was a breeze, and when I had to reschedule, they were totally gracious about it. Three people came, which was awesome, because the work got done in an hour. When they arrived, they had me rate my priorities for the time they had, and they met and went beyond them. (Really -- I would never have thought to ask to have my ceiling fans cleaned!) I felt like I was dealing with professionals, and really appreciated both the attitude and the work. And when they left, I found a nice thank you card and a chocolate. All in all a treat that I will repeat.

It went FABULOUS!!! So worth the price- actually, it was an amazing deal. I asked them to do my kitchen and great room. In the great room, I needed dusting and my wood floors cleaned and my rugs vacuumed. Then, I told them if time allowed, do my guest bath, then my bathroom. They got it ALL done and did a beautiful job. VERY pleased with their service. I have a dinner party coming up this Saturday and it is so nice to not have to kill myself cleaning.

Great service, the cleaners are friendly and do a wonderful job. They don't mind my toddler (1.5 yo) running around. We've used them for about a year, very accommodating to our needs.

Three people came to clean. The owner asked me to tell her what priorities were. I said kitchen (surface) and two small bathrooms. After that I asked that they vacuum the main floor and particularly the steps going downstairs as they are a problem for me to do. They did clean two bathrooms and kitchen (just surface) and it took an hour. ( I had paid $89 for three hours cleaning which was a special offered by this company.) At exactly one hour they stopped and left. I asked if they were not going to vacuum and she said the hour was up. The three people had not gotten any further than the two small bathrooms and surface kitchen. I don't remember the vacuum even going on. I felt they could have gotten more done in an hour's time -and at least vacuumed the steps if not any rooms . No rooms were vacuumed at all. They were very polite and courteous. The two (small) bathrooms and kitchen and kitchen floor look OK - nothing special. I don't think they vacuumed the bathroom floors. I had everything off the room floors for them to vacuum, tho, and expected at least a quick vacuum of the living room and steps. It seemed to me they could have gotten a lot more done. I am now getting my vacuum out to clean!! This was not what I expected to be doing this morning.
