The guys were great! I reached out to them via Angie's List messaging initially and Chris (?) called me back to go through the details. We agreed on a time and they were out here as planned. The cost was actually lower than I had anticipated, as the hot tub was in a "not awesome" spot. Very friendly group of guys!

They were on time, professional, and courteous. Overall excellent service but not sure if the price charged was good or not but wanted to get rid of them quickly.

very well overall. They were not here at the agreed upon time. I waited 15 min and called. They were running late per the man I spoke with r/t the previous job being more time consuming than anticipated. To their credit they got someone here within an hour after my call.I just would have appreciated them calling me instead of me having to call them. I do understand unforeseen things happen. I would use them again and have recommended them.The guys that came could not have been nicer or more efficient,

The provider was punctual, staff were on time and courteous. They even cleaned up the site after they loaded the materials. This was an excellent crew and I highly recommend them.

They are absolutely amazing. They come when they say they are going to come. Their people are very nice. All you do is point and they take it away. They sort for recycling, the take stuff that is usable to a resale store and donate items that can be donated. You just point and it is gone, it's great. The next time they come will be probably entirely for junk. I have a fan that does not work, indoor outdoor carpet and bench I plan to have them take away. I do not have anything to compare their price with.
