+ -1 moreThe tech that showed up was extremely rude and arrogant. He said they couldn't get parts for our furnace anymore and we needed a new one. This was on a Monday. My wife called to get info on getting a new furnace, they didn't call back until Wed. We called another company on Tuesday, and they said they could get the parts in a day or 2. He got the parts the next day(wed.) and had it fixed an running that afternoon. We will not be giving Maxwell any of our business and definitely will not recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: Checked our furnace because the fan wasn't turning on.
