Everything went great. The only negative was a small scratch in our hardwood floor that I think happened when a tool box was set there. They were more than willing to make it right but we didn't ask anything of them.

Maxwell diagnosed the problem , got the new pump installed and cleaned up very quickly. We were very pleased with the speed of their response, the quality of the work and the clean up.

Working with Maxwell Plumbing and Heating was great. During the design phase of our house plans Maxwell was there answering any questions that we had and gave suggestions that were extremely helpful. The options of plumbing fixtures was also a great help in designing our rooms. As construction was taking place and pipes and plumbing were being installed, all the questions we had for any of his workers were answered and they were very polite as well. After moving in to our new home any questions that we have had we do not hesitate to call.

Poor communication and very long lead time on quote.

They arrived when they said they would. They were very friendly and worked efficiently on our sewer problem. They found that some tree roots must have worked their way through a crack in the pipe running out to the main pipe in the street. They indicated that this was a common problem. It was these roots that caused our pipe to back up. They also worked on our sewer stack. We had an issue where when you flushed the toilet upstairs, the water in the one downstairs would be suctioned down the pipe as well (and vice versa). After they were here, this problem was less noticeable. They were unable to completely fix the problem without having to completely re-do the pipes in our house.
