I'm sorry to read that [removed member name] felt like we were too busy for a new customer. She is correct in that our waiting period for replacement installations has been about 6 to 10 weeks all year, which I explained up front when we first talked on March 14th, 2014. While talking with [removed member name] I also explained that there was no reason for us to give her an estimate on some new Bamboo flooring that she wanted because we couldn't match the $1.40 sq. ft. price she said she had from Lumber Liquidators, and that our installers are in house employees so we don't install what we don't sell. [removed member name] also asked if we would replace some pad under her carpet that was damaged from the previous home owners pets, and then reinstall the old carpet. I told her it was a possibility but that we would only do it on Time & Material and that I would stop to inspect the job the next time I was going to be in her area. When I called back and left a message on April 7, 2014, she did not return my call. When I called again on April 15th, 2014, I left a message explaining that if I did not hear back from her that I would assume she had found someone else to do the pad replacement and that I would not bother her with phone calls any more. I did not hear back from her. Though we are a small family owned & operated company, I don't want any one to think that we would not follow up with new or repeat customers to the best of our ability.
