Jason and his team did an outstanding job residing our house and repairing some water damage that was uncover during the job. I wanted a high quality job and that was exactly what they delivered. Everyone who worked on the house did a great job and they were extremely polite and professional. I would have no hesitation hiring them again and would highly recommend that other do the same.

We are very pleased with all aspects of the work performed by Leon's. Quote was fair; materials were top notch; work crew was professional; job started and completed timely. After each work day the crew did a nice job cleaning up old staples and old roof pieces from around the house. We were kept informed of all aspects of the job before and during the work. Roof looks great! The crew even did a very nice job putting new shingles on around a roof-top satellite unit. Overall we are very pleased that we selected Leon's for our job.

We've used them for several projects and it's always been good. I liked the fact that they were punctual and did quality work. Also, most of the usual things. They had good communications with us, they came when they said they would, and the estimate was very close to the actual price.

The best ! Prompt. Efficient. Friendly, Courteous and they cleaned up when they were finished. We give them our highest recommendation.

I knew I wanted my house resided and I knew that I needed new windows but my heart, my head, and my wallet were having a bitter argument about what that looked like. I wanted to keep the original cedar siding and the original windows on my 100 year old home but there would be lead paint mitigation and nothing I could do to those windows would make them more energy efficient. Also, my taste in materials was pretty expensive. I had a number of quotes for the work I wanted done. While Leon's wasn't the cheapest, they were the most prompt and trustworthy of the bunch. Jason (owner, son of Leon) talked me through a lot of options and costs with patience and good nature. He provided his insight and opinion and always tried to steer me to the best value instead of just allowing me to default to the most expensive. I never felt "talked down to" as I did with some of the other companies that came to consult on the project. Of course, it took me almost a year to pull the trigger and schedule the work. When I finally called Jason to schedule the job, I expected him to have to re-quote the work but he stood by the original quote, which really surprised me. Because of his workload, he wanted to schedule the work a couple of months out, which was fine with me. I was in no hurry. Then as we came up on the month that the work was supposed to start, he called and asked if it would be okay to delay my job until he was finished with a large job that was taking longer than expected. Again, I didn't care so we moved the start date. That date held and the work started on time and progressed exactly as planned. As with any 100 year old house, there were some surprises. Carpenter ant damage that resulted in some repair work and water damage that resulted in the rebuilding of two flat roofs. Jason's foreman, Kim, took all this in stride. They did incredible work - fast, efficient, and quality (even to my untrained eye) - and communicated everything along the way. I was never surprised by additional costs or time added to the job. The team of guys that worked on the house were all professional and good-natured. My retired neighbor even commented that, even though he could hear them chatting all day long, he never once heard them curse. That's pretty impressive from a construction crew! They were respectful of my property and went out of their way to either work around plants or let me know that the plants were going to be impacted. They cleaned up after themselves every single day and left their equipment neatly stacked so that it was out of the way. In the end, you would have barely known that they'd been there. They subcontracted the gutter work and the person who came to do that was equally as professional and did a great job. I can't recommend Leon's Roofing and Siding enough. Their strength is their communication and the care they put into their work. They'll be back next summer to do some more work for me and, at some point, there's a roof that'll need repair, I expect.

It went very well from the start of the estimate to the clean-up. Everything went forward without a hitch. No pressure on the sales. In fact Jason said that my roof could last another year if I wanted to wait. Date was scheduled in time period that was expected. Work went forward and was very well done. Gutters also replaced.Was follow-up to see if there was any problems. Clean up was so good I couldn't even find a stray nail. I would highly recommend these folks, I am very pleased. The only minor complaint I would have is that it would be nice to pay with credit card to get airline mileage. But I understand why that isn't done and that in itself would not detour me from getting quality work done. It would just be a nice bonus.

Our home inspector recommended we have a section of our roof examined by a professional to see if we needed service on it. Someone (I can't remember his name) came out to look at it. He recommended that we not do any work on it at this time, because it wasn't causing any water problems. It took about 15 minutes. He probably should have left a business card, but other than that he was very friendly and professional, and I would have them out for another quote in the future.

Everything went great. Windows were installed expertly, inside window jam & trim were stained to match our woodwork. Stain matched perfectly. Contractor laid down drop clothes while in the house installing & staining the windows, very considerate of our property. Windows were washed & our blinds were put back up after all windows were installed. House siding went very well, contractor accommodated any request I had & made sure I was happy with what they were doing by asking questions & showing me my options. Jason was exceptional to work with regarding estimating the project & very patient helping me decide on a color. Would use this contractor again & would & did recommend them to our family & friends.

I got bids from around 10 different contractors and while the bid wasn't the lowest, I was confident in my choice. I had attic air sealing done at the same time and Jason worked worked with the other contractor to coordinate the work. When I decided very late in the game that I wanted to frame up a screen porch before the work was done, he helped me out by changing the bid and scheduling around me to make sure I had time to get my job done. The crew was professional and did great work. The house looks great. Highly recommended.

I wasn't a member of Angie's list when my roof and gutters were installed in 2007 and wanted to provide a review now. Leon's roofing is an extremely professional and reliable business. The installation of our roof and gutters went very well and look wonderful. Staff were great including Jason who handled our order and the employees who did the installation and cleaned up the work site. What is particularly impressive about this company is its follow-up. In the winter of 2013 I had water leaking from our kitchen skylight and didn't know what was causing it. Jason had a couple of employees stop by within a few hours to check it out. They thought the water leak was probably caused by ice build-up around the skylight. They spent a lot of time clearing snow from the area and hammering away at the ice to clear it out. I was told to contact them again if there were any further problems. I have not had any further leaks which indicated there was no problem with the roof installation. I contacted the company to send me a bill for the snow/ice removal since the leak was not caused by any installation problem but they never billed me for the service; excellent customer service and a highly recommended company!!

The job was booked approx. 3 weeks out due to the company being busy.I received a call the week with job start date. I had explained what extras I needed besides the roofs. The day of the job, Jason, the company ower went over everything with me and his workers to make sure everyone was on the same page. He gave me a guestimate what the extra work would entail and the cost associated with it. The job was originally schedualed to be done in 2 days. However, it took 4 days with rain delays and the extra work. I had 4 total people who worked on my project. They were all very curtious and informative. If there were issues, they made sure I was involved in the decsion to correct the issue.They were on time every day and throught the day.They didnt leave for breaks, and were efficeint in their work ethic. I couldnt be more please with my finished project. The man that installed my door, I think his name was Kim, blew my mind with his craftmanship. I am very picky, and his work exceeded my expectations. The rest of the crew were eqyually stellar with their workmanship.I had the pleasure of having Pat install my windows and siding. He was an expert in fitting everything into place. I forget the names of the other 2 workers, (they know who they are) they rocked it out on the roofs. These gentleman worked ALL day in the excessive HEAT! I felt so bad for them, but they were determined to get it done! If you hire Leon's you will be pleased with your results. By the way, the workers like fruit popsicles.

Jason came out and met with me about changing our roof. We had wood shingles and really wanted to replace with wood. But we thought the cost would be too high. I also was interested in green roofing options. He said our roof was small enough that wood might be a possibility. He was very helpful in providing quotes for a couple of options so we could see the difference. In the end we chose an energy star asphalt shingle that had a great warranty (better because Leon's was a certified installer). It was a little more expensive than a regular shingle but still less than the wood, which has a shorter life span. I felt confident in our choices. They got the work done right around the expected dates in June. They even worked with us, because we wanted to put our own gutters up on the garage, they came back and installed the final rows of shingles after we were done. Overall seems like a great job!

We had roof damage from an EF1 tornado. Leon installed a temporary covering until he could do the work. He managed to squeeze us in within a couple of days. The roof has a steep pitch. Leon and his crew did a super job on the roof and flashing. They cleaned up everything except two small pieces of old shingle, Leon was at the site numerous times to supervise the job and coordinate. I have used Leon several times before on rental units and trust him to be a straight shooter. If a repair could be done to extend the service life, that's what he would do rather than try to sell a larger job. A neighbor found out we hired Leon and said they had also used him on their previous house and were very pleased. They suffered mild tornado damage and hired him again. I would highly recommend Leon and his crew (although, barring another tornado, I hope not to need him).

Everything went well from the initial contact to the follow up. We thought we had a leak during all the rains this summer and they came right out to check- turned out it was our chimney. We are very happy with our new roof and would highly recommend this business.

We have not yet had the work done due to our vacation time.

The whole process was very seamless, Jason came and did a thorough walk through with us and prepared a quote. After accepting his quote we scheduled a date to complete updates. Due to the below zero temperatures we had to delay the process a couple times to preserve the heat in our house while windows were removed. (not to mention the crew probably didn't want to be outside either, can't say I blame them..) During these setbacks Jason was in contact via phone & text to keep us informed as how the schedule was progressing. While performing the repairs the installers found that a small flat roof was in serious need of repair. Again Jason called gave us options & allowed us to make an informed decision on how to proceed. The installers repaired the roof with ease after we made our decision. We were also very impressed that crew used carpet runners while working inside the house to prevent a mess from snow on their boots. Excellent work for a fair price. I got bids from 5 installers. Their bid was in the middle but several people had recommended them to me based on the quality of their work. I was given an approximate installation date 6 weeks in the future and then a firm schedule a week before work began. They showed up and completed the work as scheduled taking into account rain days. In addition, I much appreciated that the special trip they made to open up a section of roof to allow an insulation company access to an otherwise inaccessible portion of the attic. Adam and crew were courteous and professional and also did an excellent job protecting property and cleaning up. I highly recommend them. Jason from Leon?s subcontracted the gutter installation to Pitch Rite Seamless Gutters. They did a very professional gutter installation on the scheduled day.

I had a leak in a section of my roof that 3 other roofing companies were unable to fix. I called Leon and he promptly returned my call and came to look at my roof within a day. He was able to identify certain items that were not addressed by the other roofing companies. Within a week, he had my roof repaired, and his price was very competitive. He was very professional and honest, and left a very clean site after he was finished. My roof has not leaked since. I highly recommend him!
