Infinity Exteriors LLC

My experience with Infinity Exteriors has been phenomenal. They replaced my roof, siding, gutters and front door. From first contact to end of project, it’s been obvious to me that they are dedicated to detail, communication, customer satisfaction and quality. My kudos and thanks to Isaac, Carley, Juan and Ricky. Especially my project manager, Ricky, who stayed on top of everything, communicated frequently and went above and beyond to be sure he left a happy customer! Sue Erickson

The coordination of multiple projects and weather as well as transparency is everything I hoped for in this update to our home. They were considerate and communicative all throughout the timeline.

Ricky (project manager) and Isaac (project adviser) worked tirelessly to help us design and then manage the replacement of our cedar shakes (which were rotting) and replace them with LP shakes and custom siding accents. They pointed out details that we had not considered such as how the overall esthetics and functionality of the LP affected the rest of the home. We adjusted our plan accordingly to create a solid, visually dynamic home front. Couldn't be more pleased with the outcome! The crew worked long hours in cold weather of April. They were polite, friendly, neat, and cleaned up every evening. Ricky checked, rechecked not only the work being done but checked in with us and answered our questions and made sure the quality of the job met their standards and ours! ( They out "detailed" us... and that is hard to do!) Isaac helped us plan for future projects such as windows, doors and LP siding. The fact that we could phase in these projects made it plausible/affordable to give our home the attention it needs over time without compromising the look and quality of our home. I would highly recommend Infinity Exteriors and if anyone is thinking of upgrading to LP siding, I would encourage them to call Isaac for a quote! You will be happy you did!

The salesmen/ project managers were very charming. The work crews left a lot to be desired. The roofers destroyed one of my gutter toppers. They were working in the dark for much of the time, so I have doubts about the quality. The siders slashed three of my screens, and when they attempted to put my outside light fixtures back up, they were all wired wrong and/or upside down. We paid their bill right away, so wish us luck getting compensated for the damages

They are based out of Wisconsin but they were in here during that hail storm that we had last year. As far as I'm concerned they did an excellent job. They did more than they could. The first person that checked the roof missed a few things so they pushed it through my Insurance Company to get them repaired. So I have nothing bad to say. They were very good with what they did. They did the roof in one day. Actually I got some other people in the area to do the roofs; I had them do their roofs as well and they had no complaints as well. I think they're based out of Texas. But they have a branch here in Wisconsin; they have a branch in Madison. So they have a few branches in the area. They worked very closely with me. They kept in contact with me; called every few days to make sure I had no other issues while they were there. The main manager of the division was present onsite as well. A few issues I did have were resolved quickly, in my opinion, within days. Obviously this was my first roof but I've had no problems whatsoever compared to some other people in the area who worked with some other companies that weren't exactly happy with their people. Actually they contracted local people to do the gutter and downspouts replacement work as they were damaged. That was bypassed by the first inspector. But these people showed me that there is a lot more damage. So they just replaced all the gutters and downspouts. With the siding, luckily, I had a few holes in the screens and I told them not to mess with it and that I would take care of it myself. So the siding didn't get damaged but the roof and the gutter did get damaged. I didn't bother about the couple of little holes in some of the screens as I could fix them myself. With roof they worked with the Insurance Company. The Insurance Company covered everything. Also I had a sprinkler system sensor on the gutter that had to be dismantled before they lift the gutters out. So I had to call the company again and that charge was covered as well by the Insurance Company. They made sure that it was dismounted before replacing the gutters. The guy couldn't do it himself, he had the professionals come in. I think the total cost came out to $14000, I can't remember at the top of my head. But like I said the Insurance Company paid; I had to pay the first 1000 because that was my deductible. On that angle I had to pay. They also gave me referral fees to the people I referred them too. So I got couple of hundred back from them just for referring them. I got about $400 back. So out of my deductible it only cost me $600; on pocket cost me $600. They were in the ballpark; they weren't too extreme and they weren't too low. All in all I would say their pricing was reasonable. The follow ups were real quick. One down side is the guys left me their contact. So I kept in contact with the main guy on and off to get to know how things were going. So they have been checking back and forth, on and off. They will be back in the area. Actually they're already back in the area; they came in to the area end of April or beginning of May. I wouldn't think of any other kind of damage other than hail to my roof, but if hail damage or something like that happened I would definitely reach out to them.

They were wonderful. They were amazing. They were about right in the middle of the bids. The owner came everyday just to check things out. It took about 4 or 5 days. It is a very huge roof. It has some hips on it and it was not an easy roof to do. They clean everything up.
