"Roof work has been good so far. Drywall and bathroom work quality was very poor, with amateur level mistakes. Regular drywall was used above a fireplace, not fire rated drywall. When pointing out it was not up to code they tore it down and redid it correctly. The wrong bathtub was purchased and installed. It turned out the bathtub we wanted was a special order. Instead of stopping and asking us what we wanted to do, they bought and installed a completely different bathtub. The correct one was then ordered and eventually installed. Used galvanized steel on tub hardware install, leading to brown water on first operation, the plumber that fixed their work said the only way that was possible was if it was re-used from another job. Bathtub surround tile job was poorly done and did not match quality shown on Facebook, no spacers or edgers used. Not even a month later and grout is cracking and coming out. Overall a very poorly done, rushed job."

Based in Menasha, Sure-Dry proudly serves Northeast and Central Wisconsin. "The initial project of enlarging existing sump pump hole and installing a second one on the other side of the basement where they also repaired a crack in the basement wall went O.K. Except for a few minor complaints, the past two years have been fine. At our annual maintenance check this year (2-16-23), the guy supposedly checked everything including putting in new battery where needed thus charging their $150 fee. Four days later (2-20-23), we have them back again to replace the entire black box on wall that contains the battery he previously replaced as the sump pump float had stuck a couple days later. Fine and dandy, but they charged us yet another $150 for this visit also. $300 in exactly four days. Totally unacceptable. I find it hard to believe that that black box could have gone bad in just the four days since he was here. Their Customer Service Relations that they pride themselves on is non-existent. They aren't even willing to compromise, discuss or come to some sort of an agreement to make both parties happy. They wanted me to change my review on their website, but I refuse to. I'm not going to lie. I would not recommend them to anyone. Yet, their email firmly stated they appreciate our business. Unbelievable!"
