+ -1 moreI contacted Mike in the beginning of December 2023. At first Mike seemed fine, things were progressing until he says he can't repair a truss and then says he's contacting a truss company to get a quote well that's when things went silent. After almost a week of nothing I informed him I am seeking another contractor for the truss then a an estimate shows up within a few hours and he's trying to strong arm me into allowing him to be the only one to do the truss. After he wasted almost 2 weeks of my time and the fact he said he had job in January for a month. No one is going to wait months to have repairs done on there home when this is an insurance only claim job. As a disabled military veteran I felt he was out of touch with the average common citizen based on his high quote and acting like he's the only one capable of doing it.
