THEY WERE GREAT TO WORK WITH. THEY CAME IN AND GOT THE JOB DONE IN TWO DAYS. THE WORKERS WERE NICE, THEY DID A GREAT JOB CLEANING UP. THERE WASN'T A SINGLE NAIL OR PIECE OF WOOD ANYWHERE. THEY USED TRUCKS TO HAUL THE DEBRIS AWAY, SO WE DIDN'T HAVE A BIG UGLY DUMPSTER SITTING OUTSIDE OF OUR HOUSE. IT WAS A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE.

I NOTICED A WET WALL IN KITCHEN DUE TO ICE DAM. CALLED AND THEY CAME WITHIN 2 HRS. I THOUGHT ONE MAN AMPLE, BUT AFTER INSPECTION KNEW TWO WOULD BE NEEDED TO REMOVE ICE AND SNOW BUILD UP. AT 8 AM (ALTHOUGH THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD BE 2 PM) TWO MEN CAME, REMOVED ALL ICE AND SNOW FROM TROUBLED AREA AND CLEANED UP ENTIRE AREA WHERE ICE AND SNOW FELL FROM ROOF. REASONABLE, VERY PUNCTUAL AND PROFESSIONAL.

ABOUT 5 MONTHS AFTER THE ROOF WAS INSTALLED, WE DISCOVERED A LEAK IN OUR FRONT ROOM. IT TOOK 3 TO 4 WEEKS TO HAVE THE LEAK REPAIRED AND HAVE THE INTERNAL DAMAGE REPAIRED. I WAS DISPLEASED WITH THIS TIME LINE. IN THE END, A D ROOFING DID PROPERLY REPAIR MY ROOF AND THE INTERIOR DAMAGE TO MY SATISFACTION.

I AM WRITING THIS LETTER IN RESPONSE TO THE REPORT SUBMITTED ON NOVEMBER 4, 2002, BY AN ANGIE'S LIST MEMBER. THE REASON FOR MY DELAYED RESPONSE IS THAT I WAS JUST RECENTLY MADE AWARE OF HER REPORT. WE DIDN'T DO THE GUTTERS, BUT BECAUSE OF THE ROOF WORK, IT CAUSED THE FLASHING BEHIND THE GUTTER TO LOOSEN AND LEAK. THE MEMBER CALLED ME APPROXIMATELY 5 MONTHS LATER, AND WE PLAYED PHONE TAG A COUPLE OF TIMES. AFTER TALKING TO THE MEMBER, I STOPPED OUT AND THOUGHT I FIXED THE LEAK. THE NEXT RAIN CAME AND IT STILL LEAKED. THIS IS WHERE I DIDN'T HANDLE THE SITUATION RIGHT. THE MEMBER ASKED ME TO STOP OUT AGAIN WHEN HER HUSBAND WAS HOME. HER HUSBAND HAS A BUSY SCHEDULE, AND I WASN'T ABLE TO MEET HIM RIGHT AWAY. FOR THIS, I AM SORRY. I DIDN'T ADJUST MY SCHEDULE TO FIT THEIRS AND WHEN A ROOF LEAKS I NEED TO TAKE CARE OF IT ASAP. WE MET ON A SUNDAY, AND I DETERMINED THE LEAK, AND I FIXED IT THE NEXT MORNING. I SAW THE DAMAGE IN THE HOUSE AND FELT RESPONSIBLE AND IT WAS FIXED PROMPTLY.
