All aspects of the job went well. Aaron Dwyer came and gave us a quote. Once we accepted the quote, he dropped off sample shingles with colors along with a list of homes with different types of shingles and colors. Once a decision was made on style and color, a time was scheduled to complete the job. Due to rain, the work was completed 1.5 weeks later, but Aaron kept us informed. They completed the entire project in one day. They came back the next morning to make sure that their clean up job was complete. The roof and gutters look great.

Took a little bit of time to get the original quote, but Aaron performed the work approximately 4 weeks after the quote, as he originally indicated. Good workmanship, they were careful with the house and shrubs, hauled all debris away, and cleaned up thoroughly.

We called AD Roofing and we received a call back in 3 days. Aaron was out of town but was checking his messages. We decided our problem was not an emergency so we set a date to come in a week. The company sent a man who arrived exactly on time but did not have a long enough ladder. (We have a large house and I don't think I mentioned that over the phone). They said they would come back again another day, which they did. At that time they fixed the leak. When asked about the condition of our roof, we were told it should last another 5 years or so. At that time we will certainly consider this company to do the job.

They indicated that it may take several visits to solve the leak - and it did take two visits. They returned promptly when the first repair didn't completely solve the problem. We think it is solved now.

They will probably be coming out to put the roof on.

After a door to door sales guy came to our house asking to fix the supposed hail damage on our roof, I figured it was a scam so I called AD and my home inspector friend. Both confirmed independently that there was no hail damage on the roof except to the vents. This is the second time I have used AD and like the first time, I received exceptional service. Aaron returned my call within a day and was out at the house when promised. He even sent a thank you note after the job was done! I would highly recommend him!

I called AD roofing, and while within a week he came out to look at the problem, on a Friday. He said he could fix the problem for $300, and would get to it if not next week, the week after. I realize that this was a minor job in comparison, but I had to call him 3 times to ask if he was still planning to do the work, because I had not heard back from him. The last time I called, I was not very pleased it was a over a month since the estimate. He actually said that he was trying to do me a favor by doing this work. Since I am paying for the work, I do not see it was a favor. When his workers arrived they did not know what they were supposed to do, they asked my husband, who told them to call their boss. They are supposed to return to put a screen door back up, I would assume we will have to do that too. When workers actually complained to my husband that it was cold - it would not have been cold if the work had been done when promised!

Very well coordinated team of roofers. Quality from start to finish and clean-up outstanding.

Very professional and would highly recommend AD Roofing. Aaron and all the roofers were courteous and friendly. Any questions or concerns were handled immediately. The biggest concern was my wife's plants and they made sure that there was no damage to the any of her plants and they cleaned up the surrounding area. I have seen other houses that had been replaced by other contractors this year and I would say that AD Roofing did a better job then any other roofer.

Quotes for the job ranged from at 100.00 to 3,000+ to repair leaks around two skylights. The low bid recommended caulking only. The high end bids recommended tearing of and replacing shingles and adding an ice barrier. AD Roofing provided an honest and appropriate assessment by recommending a rain diverter and flashing. They felt the repair would last 5 to 10 years by which time I might be looking at a new roof. We have some very heavy rains and no more leaks. Greatest strength: assessed the situation, understood my needs and provided an appropriate and high value solution. Highly responsive and reliable. And, we got a thank you card.

They were supposed to return my call within 2 hours, but no one ever called me back. I waited all day for them to call, but they never did.

Aaron came out and gave me the estimate. He was professional and gave me what I think to be a reasonable rate for repairing my roof. I still had leak after first visit, but he came back out at no cost and leak was repaired after second visit. Aaron did work within time span discussed and was very responsive to voice mails that I left. Would hire again for future work.

Response time was excellent. The problem area was assessed and reasonable options offered for repair. Service was done quickly and effectively.

They called, said they would stop by next week & give me a price, & that was the last time I heard from them.

He was very responsive, friendly, outgoing, down to earth, just a person that would be easy to work with and trust. I told him to just go ahead with the job when he came out because the work seemed minimal and I didn't want to wait much longer to get the work done.

Aaron was wonderful to work with. We originally contacted them in the spring of 05. We had some delays on our part. We contacted Aaron again when ready to work this spring. He said to just let him know when we were ready to start. We are replacing our windows and siding as well. Aaron worked with us and contractor to fit into our schedule. We had some delays with the other projects, and Aaron was very understanding and worked with us and ended up coming and working on the weekend to help keep our project on schedule. He and his guys were very polite and clean. They took their time and cleaned up even in the mulch. I would HIGHLY recommend for anyone that needs their roof replaced. We will be using them for gutters when project is complete for windows and siding!

VERY PROMPT RESPONSE TO CALLS. VERY PROFESSIONAL DEMEANOR. PERFORMED EVERYTHING THAT WAS AGREED UPON. HAD THE LOWEST QUOTED PRICE AMONG 3 DIFFERENT COMPANIES. WHEN I FIRST CONTACTED THEM, THEY WERE BUSY WITH OTHER SCHEDULED WORK BUT SINCE MY HOUSE WAS SMALL (1600 SQUARE FEET), AARON ADDED THE JOB IN BETWEEN HIS OTHER COMMITMENTS IN ORDER TO AVOID A LONG WAIT. THE COMPANY CAME WITH AT LEAST 7 WORKERS TO DO THE JOB AND FINISHED THE JOB FROM 7 AM TO MID AFTERNOON. OTHER COMPANIES STATED THE JOB WILL BE DONE IN 2 DAYS. THEY BROUGHT THEIR OWN GARBAGE TRUCK TO HAUL ALL THE DEBRIS AND AFTER THE JOB WAS DONE, THE JOB SITE WAS CLEAN. I REQUESTED TRIMMING OF 2 TREE LIMBS THAT WERE OVERGROWN OVER THE ROOF AND OVER THE STREET, WHICH THEY DID AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. ALTHOUGH A DEPOSIT WAS REQUIRED IN THE ORIGINAL QUOTATION, AARON JUST ASKED FOR THE FULL PAYMENT AFTER THE JOB WAS DONE. I AM FULLY SATISFIED WITH THE JOB THAT WAS DONE.

A D ROOFING WAS THE ONLY COMPANY THAT RETURNED MY INITIAL CALL FOR AN ESTIMATE FOR THIS SMALL JOB. ROOF REPAIRS AS SMALL AS THEY MIGHT BE ARE OBVIOUSLY OF GREAT CONCERNS TO HOMEOWNERS. SINCE THESE GUYS WERE IN GOOD ANGIE'S LIST STANDING I DIDN'T HAVE TO BOTHER WITH ANYONE ELSE AND I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED. HE PLACED ROOFINGS FROM THE BACK SO THAT THE REPAIR WOULD NOT BE OBVIOUS. AARON WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DID GREAT WORK AT A REASONABLE PRICE.

I CALLED AD ROOFING THE MORNING AFTER A STORM FLOODED MY LIVING ROOM. AARON CAME OUT RIGHT AWAY, PINPOINTED THE PROBLEM, AND FIXED IT FOR A REASONABLE PRICE BEFORE THE NEXT BIG RAIN. SINCE MY ROOF IS NEARING THE END OF ITS LIFE HE COULD HAVE PUSHED FOR INSTALLING A NEW ROOF NOW, BUT WE DISCUSSED THE VARIOUS OPTIONS AND I CHOSE THIS MINOR REPAIR, WHICH SEEMS TO BE WORKING JUST FINE.

AARON, THE OWNER CALLED WITHIN 3 DAYS AFTER I LEFT HIM A MESSAGE. HE CAME OUT TO THE HOUSE THE NEXT WEEK AND GAVE ME AN ORAL PRICE. HE WAS PROFESSIONAL, NICE, AND SAID THAT HE WOULD BE OUT NEXT WEEK TO DO THE WORK. RIGHT ON TIME, HE SENT OUT 2 WORKERS, ALSO PROFESSIONAL, TO DO THE WORK. THEY DID THE WORK, MADE SURE I DIDN'T HAVE ANY QUESTIONS, AND SAID THAT THEY WOULD SEND ME A BILL, WHICH THEY DID WITHIN 5 DAYS.

VERY GOOD. NICE CLEAN JOB ON CHIMNEY FLASHING REPLACEMENT. GUTTERS CLEANED APPROPRIATELY.

THIS WAS AN EXCEPTIONAL CREW. PUNCTUAL, POLITE, COURTEOUS TO MY NEIGHBORS, QUIET, NO LOUD BOOM-BOXES, MINIMAL SWEARING (I WOULDN'T BLAME THEM IF THEY DID), CLEANED-UP AND HAULED AWAY DEBRIS EVERYDAY. PROJECT COMPLETED TO MY SATISFACTION WITHIN A WEEK. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AD ROOFING!!!

MR. DWYER WAS PUNCTUAL (A FEW MINUTES EARLY) AND VERY NICE. HE INSPECTED NOT ONLY THE STAINS WE'D NOTICED ON THE CEILING, BUT ALLAYED MY FEARS ABOUT SOME DRYWALL DEFECTS, WHICH I THOUGHT MIGHT BE, INSTEAD, CAUSED BY A LEAK. HE INSPECTED THE ROOF AND TOLD US THAT, IN HIS OPINION, WE HAD A TERRIFIC ROOF, WITH GOOD, QUALITY MATERIALS. HE THOUGHT THAT, POSSIBLY, IT WAS A FREAK ACCIDENT WHICH CAUSED THE WATER TO COME IN AND RECOMMENDED THAT WE WAIT UNTIL THE NEXT STORM, AND INSPECT THE CEILING FOR FRESH MOISTURE BECAUSE WE MAY NOT NEED WORK DONE. HIS ESTIMATE (IF THERE WAS MOISTURE) WAS VERY REASONABLE ($200) AND MINIMAL TO FIX THE AREA OF OUR ROOF WHICH MAY BE DEFECTIVE. THIS IS OUR 4TH HOME IN 5 YEARS, ALL OF WHICH HAVE HAD LEAKY ROOFS. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME THAT WE NOT ONLY DIDN'T HAVE A MASSIVE JOB, BUT ALSO DIDN'T HAVE A CONTRACTOR WHO RECOMMENDED WE TEAR EVERYTHING OFF TO FIX A TINY LEAK. THANKS!
