+ 0 moreWe had been waiting for several months on a different plumber to schedule a time to address our plumbing needs, mainly to inspect our water softener and boiler to make sure they were functioning properly. After being discouraged in waiting, we started searching the Yellow Pages for a different plumber near by. Myers & Carrolls was our first and ONLY call. They demonstrated an immediate responsive to our requests. Tony was extremely polite, helpful and prompt in scheduling a service call for the very next day! I was beyond impressed! Sure enough, Tom was at our home ,right on time, the following day and began work immediately based on our spoken concerns. From start to finish of the service call, Tom was extremely helpful, easy to understand and informative. There will be no need for searching next time we are in need of a plumber. Myers & Carrolls will be our first call!
Description of Work: We were in need of input and guidance on the condition of our water softener and how to use it properly. We also needed a general maintenance inspection on our boiler and radiators. Myers & Carrolls covered all these needs in a prompt, courteous and professionally polite manor!
