+ -1 moreTook about 1 hour or so for him to vent the water with PVC pipes, and double check the functionality of my sump pumps. He is always very prompt and knowledgeable about my drain system issues. I used to have constant flooding in my basement and he even referred me to an excavation company to help with my tree root issue. I have complete trust in this company and will always call them for any drain/water issues.
Description of Work: Sump pump was recirculating water due to frozen water mains, so Patrick rigged some PVC piping to allow water to run out to front lawn until mains thawed. He also made sure both Sump pumps were operating in case one burnt out due to running every 15 seconds. He then came back on 6/6/14 to re-hook my pipes back to the storm system (10 min. job).

+ -1 moreThe downstairs toilet had not been flushing well for the past few days and progressed to sewer water backup on the basement floor during high water/sewer useage times. I waited until a Monday morning and called for an appointment. The woman who answered the phone was very nice and scheduled me that very morning. The sewer maintaince man, Nick, was on time and over the next hour, he augered all the tree roots out of my sewer line.
Description of Work: Quickly diagnosed the problem -tree roots and spent an hour throughly augering my sewer drain to the main city line. Nick was prompt, professional and informative.

+ -1 moreI'd call Patrick back in a heartbeat for any sort of sewer/drain problem, and I'd recommend him to anyone.
Description of Work: The problem was backed up floor drains in the basement. I called Affordable late on a Friday afternoon, and was told, apologetically, that the first available appointment would be between 9 and 10 the following morning. This wasn't an acute emergency, so that was fine with me. Patrick arrived at 9 am with his tools and sewer cam and had the problem identified and fixed in no time flat. His charge was consistent with others I had been quoted... perhaps a little better, actually.
