Jeff and Rachel were great to work with. They tried to help me problem solve our pet fence issues via text first. When we couldnâ t get to the bottom of the issue, Jeff came out and inspected our fence system. They were very professional and extremely helpful and quick! They replaced our old system with a new one that works and now I have peace of mind, knowing my dog is safe and secure in our yard. Thank you so much for all your help! When Dog guard gives advise on the phone believe them. It will save you having to pay for them to come out to your home unnecessarily. Buy batteries from them because theirs work and have not been sitting around on t he shelve for ages.

Jeff was incredible! He diagnosed the problem we had with our old unground fence right away and walked us through everything we needed to get up and running. This project went so smooth. I got an immediate response from Jeff, the owner. He provided a quote and patiently answered all of questions (and there were a lot). Once we decided to proceed, they were able to do the installation in less than a week. We were thrilled. Jeff was on time, Installation was quick. They have followed up with us to see how our dogs have adapted and to see if we had any questions. This is a top-notch company. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a pet fence.
