U-Haul - Lake Geneva

We have a lot of experience of cross country moves and the Lake Geneva U-Haul people had been by far the best. They make it extra convenient for us when we're working with other hours and they have a standard working hours because they are open until midnight so if we need to drop a truck off after the standard U-Haul hours, they can do that, that's been really convenient for us as well. They were very friendly and knowledgeable and they worked with us with our needs again. They were helpful and informative, they knew what they were doing and they would help us to plan ahead to meet our needs the best and on a schedule that works for us with the size of the truck that we needed and the trucks that we've ever picked from them are dropped off to them, it was clean, it was good, they handle things well as far as when we have our checklist that we run through to make sure and informing us of what to look for, what's needed and how to make our decisions about rental insurance and things like that, they've been helpful and accommodating. They have very good hours and a good location, they have extended hours. We had some specific things that came out along the way and moved and they worked with us very well. They were ready to go when we needed them. They've been the best that we've dealt with consistently over the last years.
