Juan was professional yet personable as have been all their techs. The office staff is always spot on as well.

I am on an annual contract for HVAC/plumbing with Master Services. It makes sense to bill me monthly and I receive excellence service with 3x/year maintenance of AC, furnace and plumbing. They are wonderful at communication, performance and followup.

Have to say, not very impressed. When starting this project, I called a number of different plumbing contractors. Master Services was the only one who couldn't come out to take a look at the job within a day or two. Katie told me their next available appointment was 2 weeks away, at which time I would be required to pay a $95 service fee (up-front and on-top of whatever the job costs) for them to do the work. I decided to give them a chance, since they seemed professional and well-rated. Unfortunately, I received a call at 3:45pm the day before my appointment telling me that they were cancelling my service call and couldn't reschedule for 8 more days. Katie explained to me that they were bumping me for another job that ran over. In my mind, if my appointment gets pushed back, then everyone after me should get pushed back too. Apparently that's not the way Master Services operates. Everyone else gets to keep their appointment, I just have to wait another week. No thanks. Plenty of other great plumbing contractors available in the area who won't waste my time.

They guys came out and gave me a rundown on how they would perform the job and did exactly that. Ross and his co were great and very trustworthy. (We were not home)Thank you!! Jack is one great guy and would advise anyone to work with him as well ! Was a honor to work with him and his crew! Thank you you guys rock

Initial contact with Katie... she was able to get me on the after a couple of days. Unfortunately, due to the extreme heat, they needed to cancel, but rescheduled for the next day. Received a phone call and text the day of the appointment, and they arrived within the time range. Morgan was awesome, explaining everything as he went. Dryer vent was more clogged than originally thought, but all was corrected by him. Great experience...would work with them again!

Pure garbage. They didnt put my furnace in to code. They never even called the city inspector because they knew they were cutting corners. They installed a less powerful furnace than they removed. I wish I never used them. I tried to submit this with zero stars but it wouldnt let me. Dont use these guys! Run, from these a$$h0le$ as fast as possible.

Didn't like the high pressure sales pitch. Plus they were 3k higher than what I paid someone else for an ac. Same ton just different brand. Glad I didn't go with this company. I'm not even sure why Im getting this survey because the quote happened almost 2 years ago, but I always tell people to stay away from this company and the high pressure sales aspect of how the company is run.

I have been very pleased with all the services that Master's has done for me. They installed a new sump pump, water heater, furnace- air conditioner, kitchen faucet-drain, water softener, and installed new shower plumping(faucet and drains). I join their Membership Club and have been very pleased with the inspections and maintainace of all my equipment. They also did a great job cleaning my ducts. They show up on time, are professional and thorough, they always clean up very well when done. So I plan on having a long relationship with them.

I have used Master Services a few times for my plumbing needs. I would highly recommend them.

Fine No problems as usual. I have used them for many yeras with no problems for this work.

Everything went great. What I thought was condication/humidifier issue ended up actually being a dead sump pump. Originally dispatching an heating A/C technician. It was determined to being a plumbing issue. The technician contacted their on call plumbing person who was finishing one job and showed up in just over 20 minutes. All of this on a weekend. This is and many other experiences is why I believe they have earned their company name MASTER SERVICES.

They gave me a price of $1700.00 for the part and then wanted more for the labor. I know that the blower motor actually cost $57.00, so I didn't even look at the labor cost. I bought the blower motor and put it in myself. They charged me almost $300 for the visit, which I paid. After tell several of my neighbors what they tried to do to me, everyone had similar horror stories of them.

They worked very hard and were very professional . Highly recommended

They're a good company. A little higher priced but well worth it.

In these times, furnace filter systems can help keep alot of air borne unseen things at bay. The investment will help keep us safer year around here as we see it.

Tech lied and said my furnace needed to be replaced and shut the gas off. Another company checked and furnace was fine. Three years later furnace still good. I filled complaint with BBB.

The service was good but I didn’t get other quotes from other companies and I am guessing it cost me $2000 more than it should have been
